If you are looking for a quaint family environment, you will love this totally redecorated unit in a cozy Tahitian theme at Oceanna. This is a ground-floor unit in a two-story complex. NO LONG ELEVATOR WAITING TIME. This unit is located on the pool side with a private walkway to the sugar-white sand beaches.

The unit is located just two-and-one-half miles from beautiful Saint Andrews State Park. Within walking distance of several local restaurants. You are ten minutes from five golf courses and a few minutes from Miracle Strip Amusement Park and Ship Wreck Water Park. This is a NO SMOKING/NO PET condominium.

About The Owner

We both come from small coastel towns in the panhandle of Florida. We grew up surrounded by water and enjoy all types of water sports. We met in 1994 and in fact our first date was a jet skiing date. We live accross the street from this rental and enjoy meeting all our guests. Many of our guests are repeat renters and enjoy the uniqueness that our smaller property has to offer. We are just a phone call away from telling you of the best local restaurants and attractions. There are many advantages in renting from local owners.

We grew up in the area and love it here. We seldom vacation because we are blessed to live in a vacation paradise.

Great Place to Stay in Panama City!

My grandmother and I stayed at this condo a few weeks ago during spring break. It is located in a very cozy and private area. The kitchen area is absolutely beautiful and we really enjoyed having the pool to ourselves almost everyday. The private beach access is just a hop, skip, and a jump away and there are chairs to rent on the beach. David (the owner) is great, he will go out of his way to help you if you need anything during your stay.The only negative of our vacation had nothing to do with the condo but if you are looking for a relaxed and calm vacation I would recommend avoiding PCB on spring break due to the busy/crazy young people! I would recommend this property to anyone and I will hopefully be back for another visit!

David. We truly enjoyed being able to stay this time at Panama City Beach here at your condo. We had beautiful weather and a hospitable host and a great condo to stay in. The WALK to the beach was short and the parkingwas close and the condo itself was perfect for us. Thanks for allowing us to come celebrate our anniversary at your condo.
