We (our unit) are members of the Treasure island chamber of Commerce.

We have lived in the Tampa Bay area for over 50 years and our regular home is less than an hour away from the unit.

Mr. Alvarez has a CPA firm and Mrs. Alvarez works as the office administrator for a doctor.

José Alvarez purchased this condo in 2012

We have lived in the area. The Gulf beaches in Pinellas County Florida are considered some of the best in the world. Treasury Island is located between St. Petersburg beach and Madeira Beach and is considered the jewel of the Gulf Beaches.

The area is convenient to shops, restaurants, mall and close enough to attractions and sports.

We just love the patio and pool area that oversees the Bay and we are still across the street from the Gulf beach. We felt this was even better than units located only on the beach. Our 3rd floor unit gives us a view of the Gulf, and we have an area just outside our unit door that we can sit and also have a view of the Gulf.

Even the broker says our unit is by far the best in the resort for our size 1 bedroom unit.

We are in the process of completing and changing decorations.

The condo is beautiful, immaculate and has all the amenities you need for a enjoyable vacation. It is located between the beach and the bay. The Publix grocery store is a short walk away. We very much enjoyed our stay and hope to be back next year. Most of all the condo owners were very helpful, gracious and caring.

Just returned from a long weekend on Treasure Island where we had perfect weather & a wonderful time at Westwinds unit #315. This location is great...easy walk to the beach where it's wide open sand and not crowded at all. The bay view is gorgeous, too. Everything you need is within a quick walk or very short drive. Publix, Subway are just up the street & Johns Pass is convenient w/ many restaurants and shops to choose from. The condo is well-equipped and clean. A beach cart is a thoughtful addition provided by the owners so you'll have chairs, straw mats, and an umbrella for the sunny beach. The owners sent several emails to confirm if we had any questions and to make sure we had everything needed for our stay. I would definitely stay here again!

Jose was very thorough and great to work with. Loved our welcome basket! The condo was very clean, well equipped and nicely decorated. We were a bit cramped with 2 teenage boys, but made it just fine. Sleeper sofa had a nice pad for the top, which added extra comfort. The laundry facilities are shared by the units on the 3rd floor.
The property is on the bay with great fishing docks and lush landscaping.
Make sure to try the Shake Shop - great ice cream!
I would recommend this property to friends and relatives.

My boyfriend and I ventured down to this property a week ago, and had an absolutely amazing time. The condo was clean and comfortable, and offered all the amenities one would need for a beach vacation (including chairs, toys, umbrella, etc). The photos do not do this property justice - it sits between the beach and the bay, and has fantastic views of the sunset. So relaxing to sit by the pool, grill up some dinner and watch the pelicans fly around! Would definitely recommend renting a car - St. Pete Beach is a mere 10 minutes down the road with chair and cabana rentals for cheap. We will be coming back again soon!

Our stay at this one bedroom condo was very enjoyable. This property has all the basics and is located two minutes from a great streatch of beach. We would often enjoy a morning coffee near the pool in the back in a well landscaped garden area which overlooked an inland waterway. There were many restaurants and night clubs a very short drive away. On a few occasions we found ourselves at Caddy's a Restaurant Beach Bar which was a quick drive or 10 minute walk away. This location had all the amenities needed and had good value. The owner was easy to work with and helpful with all details.
