Beautifully remodeled 3 BR, 3 bath townhouse on family friendly golf resort.

Lovely three bedroom Townhouse with loft area. Great all year round... the resort is situated on a beautifully designed golf course which is set along the banks of the Pemigewasset River. Whether you enjoy golfing in the summer or skiing in the winter it's a lovely area that we are sure you will enjoy.

The Townhouse is tastefully decorated and pleasing to the eye. Enjoy the recently updated the kitchen with new cherry cabinets, stainless appliances, granite counters and hardwood cherry flooring. Bathrooms have recessed lighting, granite counters and new flooring.

There are two double beds in the master suite with a private bath, and a private porch to sit and relax. We also have added an electric wall fireplace in the Master Bedroom adds a nice cozy feeling on a cold night. Second bedroom on first floor has a queen-size bed with bath right beside the bedroom. Upstairs bedroom has three twin-size beds and in the loft there is a pull out bed in the chair and a half.

Locked area on the porch of Townhouse is provided for skiis or golf equipment. Please enjoy and respect what we have provided for you and we hopefully will have many more enjoyable visits with you.

Outdoor pool is heated and new indoor pool and Jacuzzi is complete and in use. Enjoy the game room area (billards, ping pong and other games). There is a play yard for little ones right next to the outside pool area. Basketball and tennis courts are available as well as shuffleboard.

Snowmobile lovers you can use corridor trail 11 right from our site all the way to Lincoln. Cross country skiers go to Exit 31 for many beautiful vista's all the way to Waterville Valley.

ADDITONAL RENTAL INFORMATION:

* Must be 25 years of age to rent property

* Sorry NO PETS and NO SMOKING.

* Prefer payment is 50% at time of booking and the balance due 1 month prior to your stay. Pls add 9% for lodging tax.

Security deposit of $200 is required and will be returned promptly within one week of stay after cleaning company confirms there has been no damage to property.

We do accept Credit Cards via PayPal for an additional 3% charge.

* Cancellation policy: if you cancel within three weeks of your stay and we rent the period you reserved, we will return in full.

We have been in love with this area for years. The beauty of Franconia Notch, snowboarding at Loon, the Woodstock Inn Brewery, & the simple 2-hour ride from home, made it easy to make Woodstock our home away from home. We stumbled upon the Jack O' Lantern resort in 2012 while looking for a second home, and were lucky enough to to find a well cared for a recently remodeled condo with more amenities than we could have imagined.

The Jack O' Lantern resort is less than 10 minutes Loon Mountain, and the resort itself offers an 18-hole gold course, brand new indoor pool, outdoor pool, tennis courts, basketball hoop, and more! This is a wonderful place for our family and friends to get away - and we trust you will enjoy our home as well!

We rented for the weekend. The condo is beautiful! Tastefully renovated/ decorated, spacious and comfy for our family. The swimming pool on the premises was a bonus for the children. The location is ideal and very close to Loon and Cannon. I highly recommend it!! We will definetly rent again. Thank you Doug!

This condo was perfect for what we were looking for. It was a short drive to Loon and it was nice and cozy for our family, little ones included. The place seemed to have everything that we needed to make our long weekend relaxing and enjoyable. The indoor pool was an added bonus and the kids loved it. The only thing missing was being able to bring our dog along. We will definitely be renting again.

Every year my sister and I meet for an annual vacation/get together. This year our vacation was to New Hampshire to see the Fall foliage. The condo is more like a town house and is perfect. Everything was clean and comfortable and spacious! We could not have picked a nicer condo. The location was the best. Woodstock was central to every area we wanted to visit. The Golf Course even had a covered bridge. One of my favorite pictures was of the colorful trees reflected in the water on the golf course. If I wanted to visit New Hampshire again I would definitely book this condo one more time!

Beautiful Townhome With All The Comforts of Home!!

My sister and stayed in this beautiful home for 3 nights, so we could enjoy the foliage in October.
The townhouse was like coming home! It was comfortable, clean and nicely decorated with a cozy fireplace in the living room and one in the bedroom.
We even found coffee the first morning in the kitchen! The home was well stocked better than
a five star hotel!
With no doubt we will return and recommend this beautiful townhouse to our friends!

We've gone to this area for years and this rental was just fantastic! Beautiful rooms, kitchen, location, pool, hot tub, game room -- and just minutes from Loon Mountain. So easy and enjoyable for our three kids, and another couple who joined us. Lots of local fun, restaurants, and outdoor activity nearby, and then a relaxing retreat for the grown ups back at the condo while the kids played outsite or at the arcade or at the pool. Highly reccomend!

We have been renting this same unit for over 5 years with the prior owners. This is one of the best kept townhouses. A group of 6 friends rent it every labor day week-end and enjoy one day of golf (all of us)and one day of shopping for wives. Dinner at the Woodstock INN
Just found out we were the first renter for this new owner and hope to continue renting from them.
