New on rental vacation market! This home is one of a kind, from the moment you come thru the gates of this private walled estate you will be in paradise! It is only 5 miles to the beach and close to everything that Bradenton has to offer. This home sits on over an acre of land and overlooks and backs up to a lake...the back of the home faces west and you will enjoy fantastic sunsets every night! It is family friendly and pet friendly too. There is 3 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths and the game room can be a 4th bedroom as well with a queen size pull out couch. There is 3 full bathrooms inside and an outside 1/2 pool bath and an outside shower. This home is 3000 sq feet under air and 4400 sq feet under roof. It has a huge lanai and a very large screened in pool. There is also a outside bar with seating and a fridge and a misting system to keep you cool on those hot days. There are 2 open decks, one with a fire pit and the other one with a hot tub. The hot tub deck is directly off the master suite, all with great views of the lake.

This home has a wall completely around it with 2 entrances to the property, one is a electric gate with a remote control and also access from a key pad outside the gate, keeping all the kids and four-legged friends safe inside the wall...the master bedroom has been completely remodeled and has a king size bed, the 2 other bedrooms have full size beds and one of them is a Murphy bed that comes out of the wall. The game room comes complete with a pool table, bar and a pull out queen size sofa bed, there is also 2 living areas and a dining room...all living areas have TV's , along with the bedrooms and lanai, the garage has been made into a man cave, complete with sofa, TV and beer fridge. The driveway is so big you have enough parking for 15 cars.

The kitchen has granite counters and SS appliances and everything you need to cook a gourmet meal.

It is completely furnished with everything you need for a great vacation..just bring your tooth brush and clothes! We can also stock the refridge with your favorite things before you come, deliver flowers, set up an appointment for at home massages, have your favorite beverage chilled and waiting for you...Just let us know.. This property was so unique, it was love at first site. There is not another property like this in Bradenton. We have spent many years remodeling it an upgrading it and it now ready to share with other vacationers coming down to Paradise.

What makes this house unique

This home is completely surrounded by a wall, only access is thru gates, the large amount of property, the lake and the location made us fall in love with this house..it is so close to everything that is why it makes it a great location to vacation. You are 5 miles to beach and 5 minutes out the door will bring to many places to eat and shop. There are so many good places to eat you will have a problem deciding where you want to go..Sarasota/Bradenton airport is 15 minutes away..Tampa airport is 50 minutes, so much to see and do in this area you will never run out of things to do...you will just run out of time and then guess what...you'll be back again!

Great Wedding Location

My wife and I chose to have our wedding at this home because of its spacious layout. We couldnt believe how much outdoor space there was. Great sized yard on both sides of the house and the view of the sunset is amazing. The home is well maintained and extremely adaptable. We didnt want to leave. Debbie and Bill are great people. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful Florida home. The week went by way too fast! The listing and pictures are very accurate. There was plenty of room for our large family of six and we enjoyed having my brothers family over for dinner one night. The pool was perfect after a day at the beach. We visited Bradenton beach, Vero beach and Coquina beach during our stay. Bradenton beach was close to one of our favorite restaurants, The Beach House, which was a little pricey but the food and service were excellent. I must say that Coquina beach was a hidden treasure, as it was a very deep beach, and the sand was so soft on our feet. It was also very clean and had a little store and beach cafe. Vero beach was also very nice, and clean, just a bit of a drive. All in all, we enjoyed our stay at this lovely home and we will have wonderful memories for years to come of this "family" vacation. Thank you Bill & Debbie, you were great hosts!!

This home could not be more central to groceries, restaurants and beaches. I loved the salmoned colored high wall around the whole property. At night, it was so nice to be able to sit outside and it be so quiet. The home outside was well kept and the landscaping beautiful. The "Bird of Paridise" was in full bloom and Bill said I could cut it and bring in. The pool area was where we spent 75% of our time at the house. We ate our meals out there and watched TV on the lanai. I loved the lights around the lanai at night. We kept 2 pair of binoculars at all times on the lanai for watching all the wildlife. Truely peaceful.
The house is an open feeling inside. Kitchen fully stocked. Of all the houses we have rented in the past, it was nice to have comfortable furniture (4 recliners) for watching TV.

We were pleased with our stay! The home is spacious and has wonderful views of the lake. The pool and hot tub are a great plus! The owners were very kind and attentive to our needs. They helped make our stay as comfortable as possible. The house is conveniently located near the IMG facility which is another nice benefit. The kids thought it was the greatest home ever!

What a beautiful home! The house is conveniently located close to everything, yet it feels like a spacious, tropical resort. When we weren't at the beach or swimming with manatees, we were in the hot tub, enjoying the morning bird shows over the lake or star-gazing at night. The lanai/pool area is gorgeous, and we spent just as much time outside as inside. The owners are very accomodating, and it was nice to know that they live locally in Bradenton. We will be back!
