Casa Mia is ~ Charming , Colorful in town Condo nestled in the trees Equiped with everthing you need for a Wonderful Time in Taos. With two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Both with new queen size beds. The master suite also has a twin size rollaway bed for our smaller guests.
There are three TV's with DirecTV service and high speed DSL and WIFI.
The downstairs has a great living area that opens to the private deck with hot tub and bar-b-que. The upstairs master suite has private deck to enjoy coffee with access to the WIFI or just relax and soak up the Great New Mexico Sun.
Casa Mia is equiped with new mini split A/C units in the livingroom and both bedrooms for the warm summer days.
Walk to the Taos Plaza, museums, restaurants, shops and El Monte Sagrado.
No Tax or Cleaning Fee.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. Everything was very convenient and comfortable. I would highly recommend this property to anyone. It is clean and the decor is great. The location was right in the middle of town so everything was easy access.( stores, restaurants, and local sites.)

Visited Taos for two nights with my mom (70), son (5) and daughter (1). Casa Mia was perfect for us. It was clean and had the amenities we needed. Bedroom and bathroom on first floor for mom and large upstairs bedroom with bath for the rest of us. We cooked all meals in kitchen or on the propane grill in the back. We did not use the hot tub but it looked nice. We did use both the porch in the backyard and the deck off the upstairs bedroom. The grocery store is only a couple of blocks away and the neighborhood is comfortable. We look forward to a return visit.

Spring Ski at Taos Ski Valley

My family and I were on a spring break skiing at the Taos Ski Valley. The snow was great and the Casa Mia was more than we expected for a very reasonable price. There was plenty of room for our family of four. The unit was very clean and well maintained. It is a convenient walk to the town square and all the key points of the town of Taos. Short drive to the Taos Ski Valley was nice as well. Definitely will be back for skiing next ski season.

Home base for ski school

My 4yo daughter and I spent the first weekend of spring break skiinga and snowboarding. We were blessed with 17+ inches of snow in TSV which made the car port quite key. Casa Mia was 30-45 minutes from the ski valley and very near to restaurants in the plaza. The condo was clean, quiet, and cozy. My daughter loved sleeping on the twin roll out bed which we put under one of the eaves upstairs. The best part was the hot tub! The owners were very accomodating to our needs. Hope to come back soon.

The house was great. Clean and really cute. The only complaint that I have is the ants in the kitchen. They were all over the sink area even when I washed the dishes. They didnt get into any boxes of food on the cabinet but just couldn;t get to the sink without them being on you. Other than that the bed were very comfortable and the hot tub was GREAT!!! We really enjoyed our stay.

Owner's Response: What can I say. Taos is in the mountains and when the snow starts to melt and the ground gets wet the ants sometimes like to come inside. Casa Mia has been cleared of the ants and is pest free.

We had a great stay. The master bedroom upstairs was perfect for us and our 16 year old daughter. Plenty of space and a bathroom upstairs. Another couple stayed with us using the other bedroom/bathroom on the main floor.
Living and kitchen area are a bit small but the 5 of us were able to cook and eat breakfast in the space before heading out for skiing. The hot tub is clean and private. A welcome treat after a day on the slopes.
All of this for a great price with absolutely no hassles renting, checking in or checking out.

Great Get-Away!

We just stayed at Casa Mia/Chiparosa and loved it! It was even prettier in person than the pictures online. It was so charmingly decorated and super comfortable. Our hosts were very helpful when we had trouble with wifi and it was resolved quickly. The best part was how centrally located we were, but also very quiet. It was very convenient to town and all the ski resorts. The hot tub was the icing on the cake, especially after a long day of skiing. It felt so good on sore tired muscles! :^) Cheri Vienna, Ohio

We arrived in Taos for 3 bitterly cold January nights, followed by sunny, mostly comfortable days of shopping and eating. The floors were heated, so no problem with the cold. The hot tub was perfect! This is a sweet property, well maintained, clean and homey. Perfect for a family, 2 couples or even singles. I will use VRBO again, and would love to return to this property too. We found several great eateries, a beautiful little church for Sunday services and a friendly community too. The owners have thought of it all. Neighboring homes were close, but caused no problems. The area is quiet and has easy access to main roads. If you try this one you will be happy with your choice, and the pretty black, begging alley cat will love you forever!

Close to Perfect Stay!

My family of 4 arrived in the later afternoon to a clean and cozy house. My parents slept upstairs, whilst my sister and I stayed in the bedroom downstairs. This arrangement was perfect as we had separate bathrooms, and privacy. Every room was furnished perfectly, and every amenity was provided. We also greatly appreciated the Christmas decorations, as we were celebrating Christmas away from home. The best part is the hot tub and the heated floor!
The only problem was that the wifi didn't work on laptops, but worked on our mobile devices. However, this wasn't a pressing problem. Location was great too, just close enough to town!
I would definitely stay here again!
