Hello and thank you for visiting our property. We are Doug and Candy and have enjoyed living in sunny Southern California since we were children. No longer working full-time, we recently decided to spend a great deal of our time traveling. Since our guests through the years would often comment on what an amazing place we lived in - perfect for vacationing - we decided to share it with you! We partnered with a seasoned (7 year veteran) VRBO homeowner and manager Terry who is dedicated to making sure that our guest's every need is met. We want our vacationers to feel excited when they first enter the front door and reluctant to leave - and she is one of the best at making sure your experience is this amazing!

We purchased this home when it was newly built and have taken care of it with tender loving care. With the amazing ocean and Pier views from each of the four decks, the incredible restaurant grade kitchen, and its amazing location it was our dream home for ten years.

What makes this townhome unique

We cannot imagine a better property to be in while vacationing in Manhattan Beach. Not only is the home itself with its amenities, decks and views stunning - it is steps away from groceries, Starbucks/Coffee Bean/Peets, all the amazing downtown restaurants, bakeries, shops, farmers market and the beach! While others struggle to find parking you'll just walk out your front door! The unique location is also buffered from the downtown noise and has absolutely silent neighbors!

WOW, WOW, WOW!!!

I stayed in this property last September, and all I can say is that it is so much more than I ever expected! The location was superb, less than a 1 minute walk to the heart of town and beach! We felt guilty when we ate out...as the kitchen is amazing, I only wish I had the same at home.
Everything was immaculate, and there were so many special touches...even a beautiful welcome basket with a very expensive bottle of fine champagne along with other delicacies that lasted for days!
I can't wait to come back! If you have a family of 6 to 8...this is real steal!

Perfect vacation home by the ocean

We were lucky enough to be the first family to rent this home. The home is incredible with a wonderful kitchen, comfortable beds and great views of the ocean. It is also perfectly located to the beach, shops, restaurants, yoga studio etc. I never got in my car during my stay which truly made it a relaxing vacation. You are a 5 minute or less walk to anything you need or want to do.
Recommended for:  Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Romantic Getaway
