Spacious 3 bedroomed two bathroomed bungalow, air conditioned and private pool.
The lounge and dining room are open plan and stretch to over 40 feet. Cable television and DVD. Patio doors opening onto the ‘Lani’ (Covered patio) and then the Pool.
Formal Dining area -
Fully Equiped Kitchen,
Dishwasher, full size cooker oven and grill, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, large refrigerator/freezer etc, etc.
Table and chairs and breakfast bar,
Double Garage - with an automatic washing machine and dryer. Also an Iron and Ironing board should you need them.
Master Bedroom with En-suite.
Queen sized bed, dressing room, walk-in-wardrobe and en-suite. The en-suite consists of bath, separate shower cubicle and WC.
Second Bedroom -
Double bed and fitted wardrobe.
Third Bedroom -
Twin beds plus fitted wardrobe.
Main Bathroom -
Bath, Shower attachment, wash hand basin and W.C.
(Hairdryers and lots of towels in all bedrooms)
Patio/Pool Area -
Table and comfortable chairs under the Lani. The pool is screened and Solar heated 82degrees F.
We have had WIFI installed.

First Family Holiday to Florida

Where do I start? This was our first Holiday in Florida and we were looking for an ideal base for My Wife, my 2 teenage boys (16 & 15 - difficult eh? ) and myself. When you are looking for a really good place to stay, and listen to various Friends and Family advice, its a mine field in making the right choice for everyone. I needn't have worried. I initially contacted Jane and Peter with an availability request. My email was answered very promptly and thoroughly (compared to one booked or two other owners ) and was supplied with some good information. I wrote back a week or so later with some more questions about the property and location, and again received an immediate detailed response. Anyhow, we and landed in the afternoon and drove to the Villa. When we walked in to the Villa it was like we had won the lottery. The place was huge and very clean and well decorated. The bedrooms are lovely and my Boys liked the idea of having their own rooms. It was very hot and we wasted no time in getting in the perfect pool, Its not massive, but we spent some evenings until the early hrs swimming. It is ideally located on the 192 where you can get anything you want from food, clothes shoes and general household items, and it was only 20 mins from the main attractions. The cooking facilities are really good with all the utensils you need to cook in, the fridge was very large, and the washing facilities were a godsend. We would definitely recommend this villa, and would love to go back soon, as it really was home from home with all the comforts. The WIFI had recently been installed and worked perfectly, and my Boys enjoyed keeping in touch with their Friends, and we kept up to date with the Olympics, as the TV was very biased to Team USA as you would imagine. Jane was very attentive, and kept us updated, as well as offering some brilliant advice about the area and parks etc. Jane even called us on the phone one morning to make sure we were all ok, which spoke volumes, In truth we loved every minute of our Holiday, and the villa was the icing on the cake for us all. If you book with Jane and Peter you will not go far wrong, and their rates are very very reasonable, when you see what you get for your money. Just right!!

I loved this house as soon as I walked in. A fairly typical large, bright clean US house with way more space than we needed (we never used the formal dining area) and a great pool area.
The situation was perfect - close to lots of places to eat, shopping etc, and 15mins drive to Disney. Close enough to nip back in the heat of the day for a break and far enough to have a quiet place to relax. Right on the 192 which goes straight into the parks.
The children loved the pool and made friends at the little play park out the back - which made the holiday much more pleasurable for us!!!
Jane was a very attentive owner, calling me before we left and while we were there to make sure everything was ok.
The new internet was great, air conditioning efficient and it was great to have a large supply of pool towels and extras such as straighteners.
Breakfast buffet superb value at Ponderosa - keeps you going all day!
If we went again - we'd stay in the same place as it lacked nothing.
Best theme park for us - Universal Islands of Adventure, also high on the list Sea World and Animal Kingdom. We had a brilliant day at Discovery Cove too!

Villa great, weather could of been better

This Villa has a really good location. I am a really fussy person so looked to try and find faults with it.
Firstly the faults but by the way as I write this review I believe they will be sorted as I saw evidence of this in the villa when we were there. TV and Internet. Picture was fuzzy. Anyway problem solved, I'm on holiday and dont need it, spend to much time watching it back in scotland. WIFI - wish they had it (its being sorted soon), problem solved, just went back to the old fashioned way and did my homework manually planning the next days activities.
Good points - This villa is very very clean. It has everything you need to have a great holiday. Its extremly comfortable and the carpets are really really soft. The Master bedroom is a really nice size and the en-suite is FAB. My son used the other double and he thought it was great too. We did not use the other bedroom. The Pool is superb. Good size for the villa and deep and shallow in the correct places. In fact it was like jumping into a hot bath. There is even room to put your car in the garage. You also feel safe at this villa as when you come into the estate there is a security vehicle parked at the communual area and i even saw the guard patrolling at night. The location is just off 192, about 20 minutes from the parks and the shopping in which we did loads of. All in all this is a great villa to have a vacation in and will be recommending it to my friends and family.
2 other things. My deposit was paid back really efficiently with no queries what so ever. If you play golf, which i did I recommend the Royal St Clouds golf course in the next town down. Come out of villa, proceed to 192 and turn right, you can't miss it.

Nice Villa, Good Location. Very Resonable Rates.

We all love Florida, and particularly Orlando, so we have been a few times, and always stay in a villa with pool.
This was our first visit to this villa, and the moment we walk through the front door you could see it was well cared for, as the presentation detail and cleanliness was very good, (tables laid and towels on all the beds in swan design,) small details make all the differance. The villa has everything you need to cook a formal dinner or prepair a snack.
Its location was great just off the 192 which gets you virtully everywhere, but far enough away to be quite and peacefull, after a tiring day in the parks. The pool is perfect always nice and warm, and clear.
The help we received from Jane and Peter was excellent and we now feel they are our friends, rather than owners. The agents who look after the villa are very efficent and will respond to needs as a matter of urgency, (but they dont do chating) but do a very good Job.
We hope to go back to this lovelly villa in the future, and would like to thank Jane and Peter for all their help in making our holiday so enjoyable.

Perfect for Orlando-based family holiday

We found the villa to be clean, comfortable, well appointed and the location was generally peaceful and quiet for our time spent in and around the pool (which was always nice and warm). At the same time the location enables convenient access to amenties, Orando theme park attractions and all main routes. We particularly appreciated the owner's attentiveness, making sure that we were happy at every stage of our holiday.

lovel villa but problem with the pool

Very good communication from uk owners before holiday, giving us tips and guidelines of where to visit and how to stay safe.
On arrival - nice big villa with lots of amenities, nice big bedrooms and bathrooms. Tv/ cd player, etc (although we had to purchase lots of the basics ie washing up liquid/laundry detergent/toilet roll/bin bags etc - so I advice a stock up on way to villa)
The pool is a good size with lots of sun loungers. Unfortunately the pool, on arrival appeared to have large dirt areas on the bottom (? due to heavy rain fall) - we contacted the management and UK owner who both said the pool would be cleaned asap - unfortunately the pool cleaner didn’t arrive till 4 days into are holiday (on his normal pool cleaning day).
During this time we found out the pool had in fact got an ANT problem, the dirt areas on the bottom of the pool were actually thousands of colonised ants. The ants reappeared as before just 24hrs after the pool was cleaned. The management did send a terminator round the next day but refused to re send the pool cleaner - which meant the pool was unusable.
After a total of 6 days with no progress in resolving the pool problem we had to resort to finding another villa in order to ensure we had a working pool for the 7 remaining days of our holiday. (At our expense)
Unfortunately we have not had the response we were hoping for from the owners of the villa since our return to the uk. We have respected the fact that Florida is a pest area and these things happen but we have been very disappointed by the management/owners inability to deal with such a problem.
The owners returned our security deposit straight away but have refused to offer us any form of compensation for the problems we had - not even a refund for the last week we didn’t spend at the villa.
To sum up - lovely villa if nothing goes wrong.

The manager as well as the owner supported us at any time so that we had a wonderful time in this house. Everything we expected turned out to be better. The house is quite huge. The pool was nice with warm water thanks to the solar heating. When we returned from our daily trip to the parks we could use the pool to relax. All amenities in the house worked fine. After a while we felt like coming home. We would definitely recommend this house to other families for a nice holiday very close to all attractions around Orlando as well as distance enough from noisy streets. The view from the pool into the park was especially nice for us.

The listing description was very acurate and the pictures showed a true reflection of the villa. The property was very clean well maintained to a high standard.
The owners were very helpfull giving us tips and guidelines of where to visit and how to stay safe. They were easy to contact and always quick with a response to any queries. They also returned the security deposit immediately after our return to the UK.
I would recommend this property to all it offers nice furnishings and is situated in a very easy to get to place with all the shops, restaurants and theme park attractions just a short drive away.
We would definately book this villa again, if we are lucky enough to go to FABULOUS FLORIDA again.

We would unreservedly recommend this villa to any prospective visitors to central Florida. The owners were exceptionally attentive, making every effort to ensure we had an enjoyable stay, and were ably supported by the friendly local management agents. The location is ideal, being within easy driving distance of all the Orlando theme parks. There are shops and restaurants nearby, sufficient to meet every possible need, with quick access to the main highways for those who want to explore further afield. The villa itself is well-equipped and maintained, fitting its description accurately. Best of all, however, is the haven of peace and tranquility it provides for relaxation in contrast to the bustle and heat of the parks.
Once again, 100% recommended. You will not regret choosing this villa for your holiday.

Amazing villa to have a great holiday

Stayed in this villa during the last week in May, and everything is exactly how it is pictured. Everything is in great condition and had absolutely no problems at all. The owners are extremely friendly, caring and very helpful. Very spacious and plenty of activities to do around the villa as well as in the local area. Would definately recommend to other families on holidays and the pool will bring hours and hours of fun for children and adults.
