This house sits on the beach front--not near it, on it! Walk out the front door into some of the best surfing on the planet. This is a cozy tropical dream vacation spot, with 2 king-sized beds and 3 singles There is a private room in the back, a second room with a bunk bed set up in the middle, and two singles that are in the front room. The house has wifi and a full fridge and an outdoor BBQ area There is also a stove and 3 showers, two outside and one inside. There is also a covered outside kitchen area with a marble table that's great for hanging out around, cooking and then slipping off into the ocean There is a covered patio bar that's at the front of the property that's is great for people watching on the beach while you're having a couple cold ones.The house comes with your own tour quide-maintenance couple (Antonio and Natalia) who live in an aparmenton site. They can help you with any tours, questions about things to do in the area and any maintenance issues, They are young responsible local people who can really help make your stay in Jaco hassle free.They know the hot spots things to see and also the thing to avoid .The property is secured and safe with a well lit ocean front road leading to the property. There is a mango and also a almond tree that sits on the front of the property and attracts a flock of wild scarlet Macaws a couple of times each day. Sometimes the local monkeys make their way down to grab a bite to eat too! It's really a cool sight to wake up too. It's a nice way to start the day then jump in the water come back take an outdoor shower and head out on a tour, to fishing, surfing or whatever you decide. Then you come home, fire up the barbecue. watch the waves and hang back. AHHHH! The house sits 3 doors down from Morgan's Cove Bar and Casino. It's a nice set up ,you can walk right over and eat at their facilities if you do not want to cook at home. They have a beach front bar and grill that I personally spent many a day at. wasted away again in Margaritaville. The house is well maintained and very clean There is a surf board provided, and if you need more than Antonio can show you where the best rental spots are. The house has all the bedding . towels, pots and pans, plates, etc for up to 10 people. If you are not to familiar with Costa Rica, it is real nice having someone local to help you out On the day you arrive we can meet you at Morgans Cove or any other spot that works for you ( It's kind of funny but there is no house addresses in Costa Rica.
