Studio/Efficiency in Aquarius which is on Collier Blvd for easy access to the beaches, groceries. Starbucks, good food, boutique shopping and more (easy walking distance). Our pool is outstanding, the landscaping is superb, the residents are friendly. The staff is helpful and kind. We love our hideaway and believe you will too. Come try us out.
We supply towels, sheets, dishes, cookware, and lots of daily use items. New queen-size Murphy Bed this year (very good mattress) (there is also a sleeper sofa - suitable for a child).
I am an attorney in Oklahoma but I spend as much time as possible in Florida.
This complex is a block from resident's beach where you have access to inexpensive meals, facilities, chairs, and of course the best beach. If you want to go a little further the public beach access is an easy bike ride or walk. The local businesses often offer live music in the evenings and they showcase very good talent. Groceries, ice cream, marina, and Starbucks within walking distance.
Resident's beach is 3/10 of a mile south of the Aquarius driveway on Collier Blvd. There is a $130 fee per family to join MICA for access to resident's beach. That includes parking. This beach has a nice little cafe, clean restrooms, cabanas and more. 3/10 of a mile further south is a free/public beach access but there is no parking there. At the south end of the island is another public beach. Parking is $8 a day. There is a single restroom in the parking area.
Tiger Tail Beach is a public beach beach about 1.5 miles from our complex. It has a child play area, a little cafe, kayak rental, and a nice protected area suitable for children. Parking is $8. This beach is not as well groomed as resident's beach but it is very decent and a bargain.
The staff at Aquarius makes this place so much better than most. They work to make you feel at home and do not bother you nor make you feel unwelcome.
