It is 100 M2 located on the front line overlooking the ocean, literally on the water front and just steps away from the best beach line of Tel Aviv. It has 2 astonishing huge bedrooms, 1 with a luxurious bed with welcoming designer bath. The sleek modern kitchen is fully equipped and has a breakfast bar to seat 6 .This apartment has beautifully styled furniture and the huge living room boasts 2 comfortable sofas . there is even a washing machine and tumble dryer hidden in the shower room. Should you require, a private parking space in the indoor car park is included. This has everything you need for your perfect vacation and is great value for money. You won’t find this standard anywhere else.

The Apt is very spacious, with 2 huge bedrooms, balcony, central air conditioning and underfloor heating. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything for all of your cookling and eating needs. The Apt has a a big wooden dining table that seats 6 persons. Cable TV and WI FI internet are available.

Great Location. perfect experience!

This apartment is great, location is perfect. The highlights are that it has been recently renovated, it has a dishwasher, AC, laundry and wireless internet. And an outdoor space. There's a small playground right across from the house and it is a very safe area. The owner explained all the house features and amenities and also made sure we had cleaning products, paper towels and even coffee and milk for the first days. highly recommendable!

We couldn't have found a better place for our stay in Tel Aviv! We were looking for a place that could house 4 adults comfortably. We found the perfect place in this recently renovated, modern apartment: 2 bedrooms--2 bathrooms. 1 bedroom with King beds plus 1 bathroom with full shower; 1 bathroom with tub and shower; guest toilet room. Spacious enough for a couple or a family. Meticulously clean with a full kitchen. Washer and dryer in utility room. And everything worked! Great water pressure with plenty of hot water and working appliances in the kitchen. Dor was easy to contact by e-mail or cell phone. He greeted us at the door and took the time to show us how everything worked. He highlighted nearby tourist spots, pointed out the restaurants and coffee shop at the corner, and the little grocery store around the corner with a larger market a few blocks away. There was even an express laundry across the street. All the taxi drivers commented that this was a very good neighborhood, very safe Another very important point: The rate that Dor gives includes cleaning, utilities, and extra people. No surprise hidden charges as we found at other vacation properties. We highly recommend this apartment for a two-day or month-long stay. You won't be disappointed!
