This 2 bedroom loft apartment is located on the 2nd floor (considered as the 3rd floor in the US and Canada) of a smart renovated building with elevator and a security system in Kings Cross, London. It is a very large apartment- 120 m2 (1300 ft²) and it has a 35 m2 (375 ft²) private terrace with patio furniture and bamboo plants.
The living room features hardwood floors, exposed beams, white walls and minimalist modern furnishings. The seating area of the living room contains two comfortable sofas, coffee table and TV with DVD player. A large window takes up the entire eastern wall and gives access to the balcony. There is also a round glass table in front of the window where you can enjoy breakfast in the morning sun. The dining area can be found on the other side of the open living room. There is a dining table that seats 6 and a fully equipped modern kitchen.
The master bedroom features hardwood floors, a king size bed and built-in wardrobes. The second bedroom has flexible sleeping accommodations, with two single beds or a king size bed (your choice). There is also a double bed in the living room. The modern bathroom contains a shower, WC and washbasin with a large mirror.
This luxury apartment overlooks a quiet street, and the windows are double glazed, to ensure your stay is as relaxing as possible. There is a picturesque canal just two blocks away, with waterside restaurants and a nature reserve. Walking along the canal you can reach Camden Market, Regents Park, London Zoo and many other places of interest.
A Tesco supermarket is just 3 minutes walk away. Furthermore, there restaurants and shops for every budget in the neighborhood, and Kings Cross Station is just 3 minutes walk away. Not only a must for Harry Potter fans, this station also makes it easy to take a day trip to other UK cities. Kings Cross is also a London Underground station, and gives access to the Circle, Northern, Piccadilly, Hammersmith & City and Metropolitan subway lines.
St. Pancras Station is just 7 minutes walk from the apartment, where the Eurostar will take you to Paris in 2 hours 15 minutes.
Check-in from 2pm, and check-out by 10am unless otherwise agreed.
