Our spacious, comfortable, carpeted condo is just steps away from the heated swimming pool at the friendly Palm Manor complex in Englewood. Situated on the Gulf of Mexico between Sarasota and Fort Myers this location is fantastic for the Florida lifestyle.

Less than 5 minutes away from our condo is Englewood Beach on Manasota Key (a barrier island just off the mainland) where you can enjoy fishing, searching for shells and sharks teeth, or simply 'relaxing' on the warm, white sand by the turquoise sea. You are spoiled for choice with several other stunning beaches all within a short distance.

Palm Manor offers many activities on site, such as swimming in the heated pool, tennis, shuffleboard, and in the clubhouse - ping pong and pool. There is also a well-sited BBQ/picnic area which is very popular with guests.

Just across the street is Merchants Crossing and next door is Palm Plaza. These shopping centers will cover all your 'wants and needs' being home to Publix, Sweetbay, Bealls, Bank of America, as well as many other shops, restaurants and banks.

Nearby is 'olde' Englewood on Dearborn Street. With its many charming buildings in the 'Florida' style and its quaint cafes and artisan shops it is well worth a visit.

If fishing is your game there are lots of choices within the Englewood area. Apart from the Gulf beaches, there is Lemon Bay, the pier by the beach, or if deep-sea fishing appeals there are lots of boat-hire opportunities.

For the golfer Englewood has lots of golf courses to choose from in all price ranges.

If you are a 'nature lover'/bird spotter you are spoiled for choice with lots of nature trails in the area just waiting to be explored.

Englewood has it all.

What a pleasant surprise. We rent a lot of condos but never had one with everything you could possible need or want. Every time I reached for something it was there. Tons of dishes, cups, glasses, pots and pans of various sizes and different sized baking/casserole dishes. No matter how many people in your party there was a dish, pan, bowl, etc. to accommodate your need. They had so many little things most condos don't offer. They have beach chairs and umbrellas and a cooler for you to use. Great!! It was also the cleanest place I've ever seen. Wish I had the house keeper here, lol. One of the things I like the most was the lighted mirror in the bedroom, only and old person, like myself, can appreciate that. This condo is very convenient to everything. Stores next door and across the street you can walk too. Ok, I hope this review helps. We hope to stay here again in the future. Thanks again for sharing your home away from home.
