This ocean front condo is in a small quiet development walking distance to town. It has Alii Gardens Marketplace just across Alii Drive, and the Kahalu’u Beach Park is a short drive further south. There you will enjoy a wonderful snorkeling experience among numerous tropical fish and turtles. The Big Island has everything for which Hawai’i is famous. Use our home in Kona as a base to explore the whole island.

The condo is recently freshened and we have many amenities for your comfort and convenience including free cable and wifi, a new 42” plasma TV and Blu-Ray player, fully equipped kitchen, luxury towels and linens, etc. There is a coin operated laundry on premises. The development has beautifully landscaped grounds and a very nice ocean front pool, with plenty of deck furniture for relaxing. A community bar-b-cue is also available…with guests often meeting for tapas and beverages to watch the fabulous sunsets…and then gathering for a potluck dinner…making new friends that will last a lifetime. We truly love it here…and hope you will too.
