Inside the newly built Villa, the sleeping accommodation consists of 2 Double Bedrooms, the Master of which enjoys its own private Jacuzzi, bathroom and secluded Terrace on the loft floor.
The ground floor offers a second Double Bedroom, a third Bedroom with a set of bunkbeds and a pull out bed and a modern Showeroom.
In total therefore sleeping accomodation for 9 to 10 persons, divided into 3 bedrooms.
The Villa sits in a beautiful and generous garden of 1500sqm which is very secluded and private, offering stunning views of the Valley below which stretches to the Sea. Fences surround the property where needed and so it is in all effect child friendly, however it should be noted that the Swimming Pool although only 0.9m deep and perfect for children, has open access.
The location of The Villa lends itself to guests either preferring a relaxing holiday or an active holiday, with the Historical medieval towns of the Ligurian hills close to hand and the glamorous towns of Monte Carlo, San Remo with their beaches, Casinos and buzzing nightlife, as well as the golf and paragliding sports, being located just 15km away.

Ventimiglia is a town and in Liguria northern Italy, in the Province of Imperia and is located 130km southwest of Genoa by rail with a population of approximately 25,000.
It is a town of great historic and architectural interest, amongst them being the remains of a Roman theatre dating back to early part of the 2nd century, the ancient city walls are also visible in places.
It is no surprise that Ventimiglia is such a popular tourist destination, as it has such a temperate climate and something of interest for everyone. A host of fine restaurants and bars, lovely beaches, sheer cliffs and breathtaking scenery. There is a famous weekly market which is held each Friday and covers a vast area with bargains galore.
Some places of interest for you to visit are the Hanbury Botanical Gardens, Villa of Sir Thomas Hanbury - La Mortola, are the largest and most spectacular in Italy. In addition to lush mediterranean vegetation, the gardens with flights of steps are also filled with beautiful fountains, pergolas, pools, sculptures, statues and temples on each level. Also, The Church of San Michele Arcangelo, which was constructed in the 10th century by the Counts of Ventimiglia. It was later assigned to the Benedictins of Linns. Close to the town are the Genoese Fortresses of Forte San Paolo, Fortezza dell'Annuziata and Castel d'Appio.
