Two full bedrooms, three bathrooms and a REAL house to stay in! House is on 5 acres of riverfront, with our own launch ramp, marina and steps to the water. You get privacy and seclusion, and the river is just steps away. The boat thunder doesn't rock our windows, as we are up on a bluff, above the river noise.
What makes this house unique
Most of the rentals along the river are mobile homes right next to the roar of boat engines. This is a real house, with privacy and seclusion from the noise traffic.

Beautiful river view house on the Colorado river

We spent two nights in this gorgeous river view house in Needles, CA. It was awesome!! The home is beautifully furnished with nice decoration, well maintained, and very clean. The pictures reflected the real house. We enjoyed the private dock for our boat and toys. The home offered so much more than we ever imagined. Brett, the owner, and Marge, the Manager were great and pleasant to work with. The owner provided good emails with helpful suggestions such as good restaurants, grocery stores and the cheapest gas station in the area. We will definitely be returning soon and off course recommend this home to our friends!
