After passing by the Anthem Community Park containing ponds,
waterfalls, fountains, and even a water park, and going thru the gates into the
Country Club neighborhood which has wonderfully wide sidewalks bordered by
pristine golf courses containing more ponds, waterfalls and fountains,
surrounded by meticulously landscaped yards with cactus and western plantings, we
were excited to arrive at this lovely home that more than met our expectations. This was our first experience of renting thru VRBO and we were pleased to discover the house looked even better than the great photos of it on the site.

The house is attractively decorated and the furniture is well placed and very comfortable. We slept well on the king size bed and nice linens. Although we didn't cook much, the kitchen was well equipped to do so. We were grateful for the EMPTY walk-in master bedroom closet containing drawers and shoe organizers and plenty of room.

We spent a lot of time in the beautiful Arizona weather on the covered patio overlooking the private, nicely landscaped backyard and enjoyed sharing it with mourning doves, quail and hummingbirds.

You couldn't ask for a nicer area to walk in, safe and beautiful, near plenty of shopping, restaurants, and fun, unique western small towns to explore. We took a hot air balloon ride and a Jeep trip in the area and really enjoyed both. It's a short walk from this house to one of the Country Clubs, which has a lovely pool, golf courses, restaurants and other amenities.

The owners, Mary and Craig, were available by phone or e-mail. The few questions we e-mailed them were promptly answered. We hope to return to this property again in the future.
