Perfect Tahoe Cabin for Families

This is the perfect Tahoe getaway for families with young children. We spent a wonderful President's weekend with four adults and five children under the age of 7. The cabin is perfectly appointed, in fact, probably the best VRBO home we've stayed in so far. It's close to Truckee and all of the best North Tahoe has to offer. The children absolutely loved the bunk room, the board games, and the fact that there is an expansive golf course just behind the home with lost of opportunity for snow play and light sledding. Nicole was extremely easy to work with, timely with her communications and very professional. I heartily recommend this home to others.

We had a wonderful long weekend! The house was perfect for our 2 families(including our dogs). Cozy and comfortable, well-stocked. Loved the coffee table filled with games and the proximity to sledding and cross-country skiing. Listing and photos described the cabin very well. Nicole was lovely to work with too. Definitely hope to return next winter.

SO NICE!

We are just ending our 5 day stay here and we have LOVED it. The pictures posted for this cabin is exactly what the cabin looks like (unlike other ads where the actual place looks nothing like the photoshopped pics of it) There was 7 of us here, 2 families - and we enjoyed hanging out in the great room by the fire place. The kitchen was well equipped - had everything we needed. The bedrooms were perfect for us. The remodeled bathrooms were nice. Our kids enjoyed just walking out and playing in the big field of snow right in the backyard. We went to nearby Tahoe Donner (5 minutes away) and Donner Ski Ranch (15 minutes away) and shopped at the local Safeway (beware - hectic crowded!) Both Nicole and Amy (property manager) were pleasant to deal with. Nicole answered all our questions promptly and Amy kept in touch with us while we were here. I couldn't ask for a better place to stay. Thank you for opening up your home for us!

The perfect family cabin!

The cabin over exceeded our expectations! We arrived the day after Christmas and to our surprise the cabin was full of holiday decorations, a tree, lights, Santa, even Santa coffe mugs! It really made our visit special, felt like a Christmas getaway! The pictures don't do the cabin justice. The owner has done an amazing job at making the cabin feel like home. We found it very clean and fully stocked with everything you could need. Plenty of towels, blankets, pillows even shampoo and soap in the showers! The beds were extremely comfortable with nice warm down comforters on all of the beds, The cabin sits back on the property giving us a wonderful snow playground in the front of the house, we played for hours using the sleds and shovels provided in the cabin to make our sled run. Overall wonderful vacation home, We would highly recommend to our family and friends!

Great Thanksgiving week end

We are just coming back from Tahoe and had such a great time at Ramshorn Condo there. This is perfect for 2 couples and their kids. The Condo is lovely decorated and a Christmas tree had just been put in place for the holidays. This is modern and very clean, and Nicole has been very helpful throughout the process with us. Very nice touch, and all the rooms and bathrooms are lovely. The kids loved theirs. The kitchen is well equipped and there were plenty of stuff on site. We did enjoy the fireplace and the very large windows open on the golf course.
