This place is wonderful. It is perfect for a small family traveling with two or three kids. We travel to Eureka at least once a year. This place is perfectly situated near the lake and 15 minutes from downtown. It was exceptionally clean and so very nicely maintained with personal detail from the owners. You are not going to find a more reasonable price and you will save enough money to go be able to go out in Eureka for all your meals and run the kids down the White River or around Beaver Lake. This is not a fancy hotel with a bar. It is a fairly priced very clean place that is personally maintained by the owners, who take great pride in their place.

The owners are the most exceptional benefit to this rental. They are truly sincere good people. They were a joy to meet and you will find yourself searching them out to say hello. Evelyn has a real estate office on the front side. She is most helpful and willing to assist with anything. If you worry about where to stay and whether the place resembles anything like what is advertised - you can stop - rent this place without worry. Certainly, if you call them directly your concerns will vanish and you will know you are taken care of without doubt.

When planning an annual reunion with two of my college friends, it was a little difficult to find something in Eureka that wasn't romantically themed. I didn't exactly want a room with a hot tub in it! While this property would be a great place for a romantic getaway, I loved it because it fit our needs just perfectly. Secluded, lots of room, comfortable, and what a view! We also really enjoyed our meal at Anglers Grill which was really close. Would definitely stay again.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. Perfect for dogs because we could put them on the deck and not worry about them getting away from us because no up or down access to the ground level from the deck. Like a great big play pen for the dogs.

Evelyn was great and we can hardly wait to return to her place soon.

Beautiful view from decks. About 10 minutes from town. The rental was well kept and the owner quickly responded to emails and answered phone calls. The only drawback was being able to hear the occupant in the adjoining unit talking and snoring at night. I am a light sleeper so I slept on the sofa upstairs the next night and problem solved! Great unit for the price. I would stay here again.

My boyfriend and I live far away from one another and decided to plan a trip somewhere in the middle, so Eureka Springs it was! I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay! It was quiet and peaceful and comfortable. Evelyn was fantastic and made sure we had everything we needed. Our dogs were welcome and very comfortable there and even made friends with the dogs next door. For four nights, it truly felt like home. And what a view! We were just close enough to downtown Eureka Springs to enjoy it, but just far enough away to enjoy some peace and quiet. We had close access to Beaver Lake and Leatherwood Lake, which are both beautiful! I'll definitely be staying here on my next visit! Thank you for everything, Evelyn!

A quite an peaceful place. Great view from the deck or patio. Convenient to eureka springs or beaver lake.
A wonderful place to relax, and unwind. The cottage is sparkling clean, with comfortable beds and a great DISH line up on the T.V., with lots of movie channels to view. The owner is is very helpful, with lots of info about the area. We'll definately stay here again and recommend it to our friends and family.

I had called a good friend looking for a weekend getaway and he turned me onto this website. I was tight on cash so just went looking at prices, this ad popped up. I didn’t know what to expect other than a place to stay. My expecting girlfriend and I made it down late Friday from Kansas City to a surprise, an extremely clean room with a very comfortable bed. That next morning and walk outside the door to a beautiful view of the lake. The whole stay and trip was a much needed relief and I would recommend this unit to anyone looking for a place. It was peaceful and quiet no one around to bug us, just what we needed.
