Charming clean one bedroom, one bath cottage one block from town and one block from the beach. Beautiful Presidential Street location with a bit of history.
Well equipped for a relaxing and cozy stay at the beach.
A percentage of income is donated to the North Coast Land Conservancy.
The home is built throughout with original hand painted signs by Frank Hammond, a resident of Cannon Beach in 1945. He was a master gold and silver leaf artist and his craft still graces the majority of the businesses here.
Mr. Hammond was also an avid fisherman and chose Cannon Beach because of the salmon runs in Ecola Creek. It is in his honor that a percentage of the income will be given to the North Coast Land Conservancy and their committed work to the natural world here.
