The villa is located on the hills of Evian, in a quiet ans safe area surrounded by a +50,000 Sq ft garden, and with exceptional views on the Lake of Geneva and the Alps. The villa has 8 bedrooms and showcases an architecture labeled “20th Century Heritage” and includes modern-designed furniture. The villa itself is +4,300 Sq ft, surrounded by a large balcony, and has two large living-rooms facing the lake.

Excellent "Pitch"

We enjoyed the house very much: it is a great design and on an excellent "pitch" as we say in England! The views of the Lake of Geneva are great.

We had small children with us, so we particularly enjoyed the swimming pool in Evian and the alpine lake of “La Beunaz” up in the mountains. The funicular near the Royal Hotel was an unexpected bonus. The art exhibition on in Evian at present at the “Palais Lumiere” (Prince of Lichtenstein's collection) is really wonderful, if you haven't seen it. We used the tennis club near the villa for tennis

Thank you so much for this lovely stay. The villa, garden, rooms, equipment, etc, everything was very good. Also, the garden of the villa and the location were very good for us.

During our stay, we performed the following cycling tours:
Sunday: Evian-Monthey-Bex-Villars-The Ollon-Vouvry-Evian
Monday: Evian-Geneva-Lausanne-Evian
Tuesday: Evian-Monthey-Abondance-Evian
Wednesday: rest day
Thursday: Evian-Bellevaux-Samoens (Col de Joux Plane)-Morzine-Evian
Friday: Evian-Monthey-Martigny-Chamonix-Cluses-Les Gets-Morzine-Evian

I will recommend the villa to my friends; I like it. We all loved the stay.

I HAD VERY NICE HOLIDAYS IN EVIAN. THE VILLA IS NICE, CLEAN, WELL EQUIPPED, SAFE, AND HAS A LOT OF LIVING SPACE. THE BEST POINT OF IT IS THE TREMENDEOUS VIEW OVER LEMAN LAKE. VARIOUS POSSIBILITIES OF ENTERTAINMENT. CAR IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED.

Le départ a été difficile pour tous, nous avons passé un séjour extraordinaire qui laissera des souvenirs inoubliables.
Tout le monde a été sur les pistes de ski. Le lac Léman est magnifique ... je n'ai pas pu résister d'aller le recontempler du haut de la télécabine de Thollon Les Memises. Je vous envoie quelques photos prises de la promenade sur le bord du lac à Evian qui racontent elles aussi la douceur des lieux.
J'ai aimé votre réactivité à tout problème évoqué avec un effort toujours évident de faciliter les recherches et les démarches. Nous aurions aimé les uns comme les autres écrire un mot et nous sommes dit que la seule chose qui manquait c'était un livre d'or !!

Nous avons passé quelques jours sur un petit nuage et qui plus est, dans le cadre magnifique qu'offre votre villa. Très belle maison qui vaut bien d'être traitée avec soin.
Ceci dit, vos coordonnées sont conservées par nos amis, famille et nous-mêmes, dans le cas d'un autre projet de "réunion de groupe".
