Exceptional!
Lovely waterfront vacation home for rent in the heart of the Tremblant region. The property boasts five acres of land, 500 feet of frontage on Lac Mercier, with a sandy kid friendly beach area. Its located just one kilometre from the quaint village of Mont Tremblant and five kilometres from the world class ski resort of Mt-Tremblant, Quebec. This vacation home is spacious and offers a relaxing atmosphere with spectacular views of the lake and surrounding mountains.
The house is 2400 square feet, with six bedrooms(3 kings, 1 queen, 1 double, 4 twins, 2 cribs) all bedrooms with views of the lake. The house also has two family room areas with fireplaces, one in the basement with pool table and the other on the main floor open to the kitchen and large pine harvest table. There are 3 full baths and a main floor powder and laundry room.
Tremblant is a bog part of our life. We have had so many good times with family and friends and would like to share our vacation home with you.
We built this house in 2001. The house was built to be comfortable and relaxing. Every room was built to have a view of Mont Tremblant and the lake. We continue to use the house as much as possible all year long. We swim in the summer, ski in the winter and just hang out with family and friends the rest of the year. The activities at tremblant are unless, from hiking, biking, golfing, swimming, skiing, skating...
The house is perfect for 1 or 2 families, each floor gives you enough privacy and also allows you to be together in the open concept great room. You can gather in the kitchen at the large island or sit outside on the deck and enjoy the beautiful view.

Picturesque, quiet, and loads of fun!!!
The 3 boys aged 13, 11, and 10 had loads of fun swimming and boating in the lake, playing pool, and cozing up to a warm fire at night while they read or watched movies.
My girlfriend and I had a wonderful time as well. We soaked in the whole experience, relaxed, enjoyed the lake, visited St. Jovite, Tremblant village, the hill, and all of the recreational paths, within walking distance. Every ammenity possible was available at the house and made our stay terrific.
The owners are helpful and friendly, the home is magnificent, the lake and all of it's surroundings are breathtaking, there are interesting shops, great food, farmer's markets, a multitude of activites available in the area. If you want a perfect vacation spot for the family or for a romantic getaway, we highly recommend this property.
