Make you vacation come true! Wake up to the Ocean!

Great views from the ninth floor and has vending machines, ice machine and washer/dryers is just outside the door. 2 Queen size beds, with a flat panel TV. The kitchen has a 2 burner glass top with microwave and a Full size refrigerator.

Towels and bed linens are included. Key-less entry.

$75 Cleaning Fee

$49 Property Damage Protection (Insurance)

Please compare my rates with the Hotels, you will see the savings. (I will not cut the price of my rates) Minimum 3 night stay. Age requirement 21

The water park is NOT available at all. You can not buy a ticket to it either. Sorry

This is a great resort to stay. There is something for all ages to do here. Play on the beach, surf the waves. Float along the Lazy river while listening to Live Music. Have a snack while playing in the game room. Sit in the hot tub indoors to swim in the pool. Like to sing you can visit the lounge. If you forgot anything you need for your vacation no worry there is a mini store in the resort.

What makes this condo unique

Myrtle Beach has so much to do!!! Shopping there are 2 Tanger Outlets, Broadway on the Beach or Barefoot Landing, The Market Common. Love to Golf? There are over 50 course's to play! Like entertainment? House of Blues, Carolina Opry, Legends, Alabama Theater. Casino Boats, Deep Sea Fishing. Sky Wheel, Family Kingdom Amusement Park and so much more!

The room was clean and comfortable with a great ocean view. The owner was very easy to work with and the teens enjoyed their stay. It is worth a little extra money to work with a owner operated unit as opposed to the resort rentals.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

My husband, daughter, and I stayed in this condo in july 2012. When we walked in- all I could say was "perfect" It looked exactly like the pictures. It truly is an ocean front condo. The views of the ocean from the balcony do not get any better than what you get from this condo. It was very clean, beds were good. and the amenities the The Sand Dunes offered were very nice also. Very short drives to many things to do on vacation. This condo offers everything you need for a great vacation. And Margaret was wonderful to work with...We will definitely be going back...

Wonderful weekend getaway with family

Immediately upon arrival, the room was described to the letter. The balcony is oceanfront with a great view!!!!! the condo was very clean. the beds were very comfortable, to include the daybed. this cond was great for my family and we will definitly be renting again in the future. the condo is perfect for a couple or a small family! Margaret was very pleasant and easy to work with, even with just one days notice. Can't wait to return!!!!!!!!!
