Oceanaire PCB is a brand new three bedroom and two bath end unit at Gulf Crest Condo Resort directly on the beach at Panama City Beach Florida. Owners of the original Oceanaire villa on Eleuthera in the Bahamas have replicated the design and comfort details of that Bahamas paradise with a family-oriented condo beach vacation rental.
This unit is for responsible adults only. No high school or college students or youth groups allowed even under adult chaperone. No smoking, no pets, no parties.
Oceanaire PCB is not the typical Panama City Beach vacation rental condo. First class design details and custom-made furnishings make this a condo for discriminating vacationers capable of caring for a place like their own home. Oceanaire is not for students, youth church groups, large families or families with children who do not respect their surroundings.
The three bedrooms are equipped with one king bed in the master, one king bed in the guest room and two twin beds (converts to a king) in the third bedroom. There is no 'bunkroom' in this unit. No more than six occupants are allowed without special approval from the owners.
Oceanaire is equipped with a 46 inch HDTV and surround sound system in the living room with Comcast Cable TV, Apple TV, Blue Ray and online streaming of movies and music. Guests with iPhones and the Remote app can control the AV system wirelessly and with Airplay can wirelessly stream their own content to the system. Each bedroom has Comcast Cable TV connected to a 32 inch HDTV. The entire unit is covered by free Wi-Fi high speed internet access.
The balcony wraps around the entire unit and affords unlimited Gulf of Mexico and bay views with remarkable sunrises and sunsets every day.
Gulf Crest Condo Resort is a gated community on the west end of East Beach in Panama City Beach. The resort features two large pools, two Jacuzzis, a toddlers’ pool and protected area, work out facility, game room, reserved covered parking and more. The address is 8715 Surf Drive at the intersection of Joan Avenue and Thomas Drive. A stop light at the corner allows easy and safe street crossings to restaurants, stores and entertainment venues all within walking distance. In fact, the best pizza on the beach is Mellow Mushroom across the street and the best beach side restaurant and bar is Spinnakers just a short walk down the beach.
Oceanaire PCB’s kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and outfitted with top quality pans and utensils and small appliances such as a Mr. Coffee flat filter coffee pot, large blender and four slice toaster.
The bedrooms and bathrooms are fitted with home quality sheets and towels and even have hairdryers mounted to the vanity walls. We do not use commercial linen service. When you arrive at Oceanaire PCB you will have toilet paper, napkins, paper towels, bath soap, hand soaps, dishwasher liquids, and coffee filters waiting for you.
