We (family with a baby 1,4 years old) stayed in the apartment in June 2011. This is really an excellent apartment! Very good equipped (there is everything, you may need during your stay). It has also internet access, TV, telephone connection, good air conditioning in both rooms. We really appreciated, that the owner provided us with baby chair, baby cot and beach towels. After first week we were also supplied with fresh bed linen. The complex has a perfect location, supermarket and beach is in walking distance. We didn’t hire a car and used bus 200 (stop is in 5 min walk) and local trains ( station is in 15 min walk), that was very comfortable for travelling along Cote d’Azur ( we visited Cannes, Antib, Nice, Monaco, Grass).
In a word, we spent wonderful holidays and would like to rent the apartment next summer.

We had a wonderful week in this apartment. Our girls, ages 5 and 9, loved the pool. This place has everything you need and is close to the beach and town. We really appreciated the air conditioning for the hot evenings. I would not hesitate to go back here again.

The apartment was lovely, but what really made a difference was
1) The welcome basket - all the basics were there for our arrival, milk, bread, eggs, water, conserves, bottle of wine. etc. no need to run to the shops on arrival -nice touch.
2) House basics i.e. coffee tea, sugar, detergent was provided - if you use the last of an item you replace it - nice change from having to buy (and only part use) these every time you rent an apartment.
3) Free Phone to landlines worldwide and broadband - very useful for organising excursions, phoning home etc.

The apartment, while a 20 min walk from the train station has access to Monoco, Nice, Cannes etc by train.

Bus to the airport for only €8 each way easily accessible (the bus number 250 is the most direct bus for the airport)

Very near the beach which gave us the choice of using the pool or the beach.

We walked to and from the main restaurants in Juan Le Pins each evening which is approx 20 mins each way. If I was to do it again, I would have got the bus the first evening so as to familiarise myself with where it stops for the way back in the evening.

Information and meet and greet was good - as you only get one key it is worth putting the meet and greet lady's phone number in your phone in case you get locked out.

I would certainly rent this property again.

Very well equiped apartment, lovely furnishings and decoration. Air-con worked well. The owner kept in touch frequently prior to our departure, we did have a problem finding the place with the map provided, but once we got in touch with the contact that was fine. Didn't use the pool, there were a lot of children there when we stayed and as ours have grown up, we left the pool to them and walked a short way to the beach, and paid for some luxury of being waited on and peace and quiet! Very close to the beach, and a short walk to Golfe Juan or Juan le Pin.

Didn't hire a car, we either walked or got the bus. The bus stop is very close by, and was only 1Euro each where ever you go.

Would stay in this apartment again, when we come back to Juan le Pin.

We (a couple in our 60's) stayed in the apartment in May/June, 2010. It is a beautiful apartment, everything supplied. Location is excellent, near sandy beach, within walking distance of Juan/Antibes and Golfe Juan. The bus stop is within 5 mins walking distance. Buses every 15 mins to Cannes or Nice and local buses. Car is not necessary. Local supermarket 5 minutes walk. Lovely well maintained grounds. Large swimming pool. Deck chairs and umbrella supplied in apartment. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return there.

My wife, son and I stayed in the apartment for one week in September 2009. The apartment has a good location, close to the beach, 10 mins walk to the centre of Juan les Pins (15 mins the other way to Golfe Juan). Good grocery store close by (5 mins walk) and small boulangerie. Bus stop to Cannes is a 5 mins walk and the bus route is about 15 mins. Apartment is well equipped, leather furniture, comfortable bed, and includes the comforts of home. Apartment includes satellite TV, radio and internet connection. The complex is big and has a lovely pool, waterslide and tanning area. We had the pleasure of meeting the owners, who were very lovely and provide a lot of insightful information about the area. We really look forward to returning to the South of France again soon.

We (2 adult and 2 children) spent our summer holiday in the lovely Domaine Flore for two weeks this summer. The apartment has a nice and quiet location in the Domaine (in the shadow of the sun most part of the day) with 50 meters from the swimming pool and 5 minutes walk from the public beach.
The apartment is furnished with all the equipments you need from modern kitchenware to high tech DVD, LCD TV w/satellite, wifi and sound system w/iPod player.
The greet lady welcomed us when we arrived and supplied us with fresh towels and bedclothes after the first week of our stay.
The kids (5 and 8 years old) just loved the swimming pool which has included a cool slide and also a separated pool for babies/small children. The kids could stay there for hours and sometimes we had to literally force them out of the pool at the end of the day.
This has been our best holiday ever and we can’t wait to go back next summer!

We (3 adults, 1 child from Switzerland) stayed at this apartment at the beginning of August. Even if it was brand new it was already perfectly equipped and it was very comfortable. Nothing was missing for spending a fantastic week of holidays. The hugh pool area was as fantastic as the short distance to the beach. I would always recommend it.
