3 bedroom apartment, centric, with views over the Puerto Pollensa beach.
This homey 3 bedroom apartment is ideally situated, right at the centre of beautiful Puerto Pollensa, in a small street across from a children friendly beach. There are 3 bedrooms full of light and with plenty of storage space in large fitted cupboards. One double bedroom en suite, another double bedroom and a single one. There are 2 bathrooms, one in the master bedroom and another separated one, both of them with bathtubs. The bright, spacious lounge/dining room opens onto the balcony, and you can look onto the sea from both. There is a big kitchen perfectly equipped, which includes laundry / utility area to the rear. The apartment is on the third floor of a four floor building with an elevator.

The warmest of welcomes
This was our second visit to the beatiful Puerta Pollensa and as before never failed to impress. A fabulous apartment in such a convienient location awaits for those wishing to visit. Your holiday starts with the warmest of welcomes from the owner Shanti, who happily shows you around and ensures you are comfortable with the surroundings. She left us with fresh milk, water, wine and vegatables from her garden a lovely gesture to kick start your break.
The apartment is spacious, clean and caters for your every need, situated in this residential block it is safe and secure and easily assessable by lift to the third floor for all age groups.
The location couldn't be better 2 minute walk from the beach and 5 minutes from the huge selection of resturants. Albeit close to all the amenities if you just fancy a glass of wine on the spacious balcony you wont have your peace disturbed.
We didnt have the use of a car but certainly didnt feel isolated we used the local bus for a day in Palma and then again for a great day out at the local water park in Alcudia.
Our favourite resturant as before was Trio situated just behind Pine Walk and a three course meal with drinks was averaging at approx 17 euros per head so reasonably priced and good value.
I would have no hesitation in recommending to family and friends as we will return for a third time ourselves

Very nice appartment
Perfect discription, everything as it was written.
Very nice view from the living room.
Only one very short bed, but i am 1,95 m.
Very good Support in front of the visit and at our time there.

We found a perfect place
We had a warm welcome in our holiday apartment by Shanti and enjoyed our holidays from the first second on.
The apartment is spacious so you can easily stay there with more than the two of us. It's absolutely well fitted and you get things which you don't ever had thought of it. It is in a small and quiet street only a short walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, supermarkt...
and a good starting point for bicycletrips into the hinterland, mountains and wetlands.

We could spend hours extoling the virtue of this apartment (location, cleanliness, amenities) and the simply delightful service you receive from the minute you email Shanti, to the moment you sadly depart. Simply read the other reviews - this was our second visit - and it was fantastic in every way.
There is a reason there are more reviews on this apartment than so many other, perhaps more corporate establishments, - service!!! People who write them care about the outstanding and simple service they receive. The attention is fabulous.
All descriptions are perfect. Everything is so close. We will and will continue to highly recommend this holiday rental to all.

July in Puerto Pollensa
We stayed in the flat in July 2012, a couple plus two children of 3 and half and one and a half. The Apartment was perfect. Spacious, bright and quiet. Location is ideal for the family beach so close you can pop back home whenever you need. Even nearer is the alley round the corner with a couple of bars and a few restuarants. We used the San Antonio pizza place a couple of times and would recommend. The apartment had all the facilities we needed. The Washing machine got a quite a bit of use and the dishwasher was a bonus. There was a cupboard packed full of toys and accessories for the beach so no need to pack all your buckets and balls. Combination of air con and fans meant we kept the rooms cool and the kids slept well. Eroski supermarket round the corner met all our needs. We were lucky enough to be in PP the week of the Virgen del Carmen festival...so lots of entertainment for the kids in the town square. Shanti and her husband were very attentive and helpfull. When the digi-box packed up it was replaced the next day. We enjoyed dining out on the balcony....it has protective wire added hence is more toddler-safe than the photos would suggest. All In all we would highly recommend.

Home away from home in beautiful Puerto Pollenca
If you are looking for cutting edge glass and steel minimalism then this is not the apartment for you; if on the other hand you want somewhere to stay where you immediately feel at home then this is the place! The listing is as it should be, giving all the relevant details to enable you to make an informed choice.
Then you have Shanti!........ From the very first contact for a quotation we knew we were going to have a great hoiday. She is soooo friendly and informative, nothing is too much trouble, she had a large bowl of oranges, lemons and medlars, picked from her own garden, waiting to greet us. She takes you on a walk through of the apartment, explaining things like the washing machine dishwasher and cooker; although most people have these things now each one has its own idiosyncrasies.
There are a selection of books and games, if you get fed-up with the ones you've brought. From the entrance to the apartment building you have about 15 steps to the main promenade and a further 30 or so onto the lovely clean beach. Five minutes from the apartment is a Euroski metro, with a larger one at about 15 minutes and a really large one a 10 minute drive away. The bedrooms and bathrooms are separated from the lounge by a door so the adults can sit up without fear of disturbing the young ones (or vice versa;)
Would have no hesitation in either recommending this to friends or relatives or making a return visit ourselves.

Great week fantastic apartment
My family and I have just returned from a fantastic week in Pollensa. The holiday gets off to a great start with a very warm welcome from the owner Shanti who is always close at hand should you need anything. The beach is just 2 minutes walk which makes it easy to return for lunch and an afternoon nap should the heat get to much. Close to all amenities and all resturants you are spolt as to where to eat, our favourite was the Trio Resturant just off the main square a great family run place with fantastic food at a reasonable cost. The boat trip to Formentor Beach is also a must, however, it is advisable to take your own picnic as it is rather expensive to eat.
All in all a great week with my wife for the first time ever not wanting to return from her holiday. Thank you Shanti so much we will see you next year - Regards Simon

Another wonderful week in peurto pollensa
We stayed here again this year as we found it so good last year! nothing has changed, Shanti was there to greet us and the appartment was clean and ready for us to settle into.
The only complaint I have is that we could only manage a week this year so leaving felt premature...hopefuly we will be back next summer again and for two weeks!

A very relaxing week!
We have just returned- today- from this apartment in lovely Puerto Pollensa. The welcome was as warm as the weather- Shanti was most helpful- even phoning us at home before we left to warn us that Carrefour wouldn't be open when we arrived, as it was Sunday! Her directions from the airport were first rate, but remember to note the numbers of the motorway junctions for the return journey!
The apartment is air conditioned, spacious and has everything you need for self-catering. Having said that, it is so central that there are loads of eating places, of all sorts, within easy walking distance. Just 10 minutes away by car are the stunning coves of Cala San Vicente, if you want somewhere simpler. We loved both and wouild certainly be happy to come back soon...thanks, Shanti!

Everything you need
Just back from Puerto Pollensa and Shanti's Bella Vista flat. We were 4 adults and one 7-year old, and were all very comfortable; the flat has everything you need, plenty of towels, extra pillows, beach gear. Located in a very quiet block and a small side street with hardly any night traffic, it was very peaceful. It is perfectly situated for the beach, bars and restaurants, the bakery and the deli. Shanti is very welcoming and the oranges from her garden were a treat ! We would not hesitate to come back.
