Beautiful 1 bedroom 1 bath furnished Victorian Apt. This Victorian house was built in 1895 and has been completely remodeled on the inside. The bedroom is furnished with a classic Victorian style queen size bed and dresser. The living room is surrounded with large Victorian windows that lets in lots of sunlight. It is decorated with a beautiful wood framed futon couch made of cotton and foam which opens up into a full size bed that someone as tall as 6'4' can sleep comfortably.

This house is just 2 blocks from Park St. in the desirable Gold Coast District of Alameda with beautiful 100 year old Victorian homes. It is an easy walk to the central shopping district, with many good restaurants, abundance of unique shops, coffee houses, banks and the new Alameda movie theater. This comfortable and spacious apartment is just 4 blocks from Alameda South Shore shopping center with Trader's Joe and Safeway.

This apartment has all the modern amenities, cable HDTV, DVD player and free wireless internet. 1 - 42' HDTV in the living room. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need and a top of the line dishwasher. There is a coin laundry with washer & dryer just downstairs.

There is 1 off street covered parking space and a BBQ grill in the back. It is just a 20 minute drive to San Francisco and the proximity to other Bay Area cities makes this location ideal. It is close to public transit, AC Transit bus service and BART. It is also just a few blocks from the Alameda Ferry station to Oakland and downtown San Francisco.

This apartment is perfect for corporate housing or extended family visits.

This owner is a General Contractor who fell in love with the building. Bought it in 2000 and spend 2 years remodeling it using good quality materials and turning it into a beautiful place.

Alameda is a beautifull city, upscale, quiet and easy access to San Francisco and U.C. Berkeley. The property is just 2 blocks from Park St. where there are lots of restaurants and unique shops. It is also just 4 blocks from the South Shore shopping center and a walk to the Alameda beach which is 2 miles long.

Your beautiful Victorian Apt.

Mom is planning to go back to Hong Kong on Oct. 1st. She had a great time in Bob's beautiful Apt. She wants me to thank you and Bob for letting her experience Alameda life. If her schedule allows, she look forward to come back to Alameda and stay at Bob's Apt. again next summer.

I spent 2 months at this beautiful Victorian Apt. while staying in the Bay Area for business. The apartment was clean, the kitchen has all modern appliances and stock with pots & pans and everything I needed. There is wireless access and HDTV. Its just a few blocks from Park Street with lots of shops and restuarants. I will certainly return to this Apt. when I need to be in the Bay Area again.
