Super Location and beautiful home!

My husband and I really loved this home... it was everything they advertised and more! You can walk to the beach or shops and the Canaveral National Seashore is just a few miles away. We caught fish, found sea glass took a guided boat trip there. It was so much fun. The mgmt team is prompt in getting back with questions and solutions. We would definitely come back again if in the area.

Wonderful Surprise!

The house was in a good location, very clean, with many extras! There was nothing that we could have wanted that was not provided in the home from sunblock to a wineopener. It was so nice to have such beautiful decor throughout the home to make us feel truly at home. I have two small dogs that were also able to feel right at home with the large fenced in back yard so we were able to let them out without worrying about them getting away, making it like a great vacation for them as well. The only issue we had experienced was that the spacious back yard had quite a few stickers in the grass that made it a little difficult for the dogs to run around or for us to walk around without shoes.

This is a great house to rent in New Smyrna Beach. It is furnished nicely with a private fenced in back yard. Only a short walk or drive to the beach. All the comforts of home. We would highly recommend this to others.
