We (grp of 10 adults) just stayed at this amazing house this past weekend & I can't say enough good things about it. The house is so much more beautiful than the pictures show. I even told the realty company that new photos of the home should be taken because the pictures online just do not do it justice. I have stayed in Parker for the last 8 years in different riverfront homes & as of today this is by far my favorite one.
The layout of the home is perfect for a vacation home. The rooms are spread out for privacy & sound protection from that one loud friend who likes to stay up late. The rooms & bathrooms were all super clean & well dispersed throughout the house. The beds were also very comfortable. There was tons of storage & closet space in all the rooms as well.
There is no way I can say enough about the living room, kitchen & patio. The views are like no other house I have ever stayed out. The living room was drop dead gorgeous. We could see up & down the river front from every seat in the room. It was fabulous! The living room had nice carpet & the couches were so comfortable. The décor was clean & kept that river house feel that we look so forward to. The views were just unbelievable.
The patio is bar-none the best one on the river. It has a fixed concrete table with umbrella to enjoy a snack & drink in your bathing suit. The patio had plenty of seating & was big & spread out. There was plenty of water access & cute little swimming spots to tie up your rafts to. The patio also had this partial shade cover that made the patio not too hot & helped us all avoid getting burnt. That covering made a huge difference.
The best part was the outdoor speakers that allowed us to rock out in the water & enjoy being on the patio all day long. We just loved that patio. I will have memories for the rest of my life. There are just not enough words to describe this home. It is extremely underrated. The pics & descriptions just don’t do it justice. The house is so far the best one I have ever stayed at in Parker ever. We were all just obsessed with the house. We will definitely be booking it plenty in advance for next year. The owners deserve a huge pat on the back for keeping the house so well maintained & for providing so many nice amenities with the house. I hope more people will get to experience the amazing experience we did at this house. We will definitely be back next year to make more memories at this amazing hidden treasure in Parker. Till next year...
