The apartment is Bril! We were so thankful to Babs for his help when booking and his flexibility. Great that we had a personal welcome and a contact number should we have required help during our stay. We loved being able to walk to everything we needed and have tube station so near for getting around London. A most peaceful, affordable and yet convenient location.

This apartment was very comfortable, clean and convenient to tube and local supermarket. The owner has thought of quite a few small extras which were appreciated, local maps, coffee, sugar and manuals. We were pleasantly surprised and thought this apartment very good value for the quality of accommodation compared to others we were looking at.

My husband and I were taking our first trip back to London since our move back home to the US. We were eager to find better accommodations than the standard hotel or traveler hostel due to the length of our trip and our familiarity with the city. At the same time, since we were very familiar with the City - as we had lived in London for 5 years - we wanted a comfortable experience, not the typical tourist trap or expensive, run of the mill hotel chains.

I did a lot of research – visited many websites and considered many of our favorite locations before coming across this apartment. It is one my favorite locations in London. The location is quite central to major attractions, close to several transport options and has several shops/restaurants just around the corner. I contacted Babs who responded promptly, indicated availability and explained the process for booking. Babs was professional, polite and responsive.This was the first time we rented a private apartment and we were a bit anxious as to what to expect – however, Babs made everything easy. He offers his guests a wealth of helpful information – about the apartment itself and about general tourism in London, restaurant recommendations, travel tips, the works. When we arrived at the apartment, everything was just as Babs had described.

The apartment itself was ideal. It was great to have a full kitchen at our disposal – we were able to walk to the local supermarkets and purchase food and drink to prepare ourselves according to our time table. My husband and I were truly happy with our choice here. Overall, I give Babs and his apartment the highest marks. We absolutely plan to stay at this apartment again when we return. The biggest problem we have is that we've been spoiled now and recommend this apartment without hesitation.

My husband and I stayed at this apartment after travelling around most of Europe over the last 2 months. The whole process from booking to actual check in was a simple, I will definitely do this again. The apartment was as described and I couldn’t fault the price. Close to the tube station, which was convenient for getting around. The area had pubs, convenience stores and a Nando’s! So we could odds and ends on our way home, at any time. Thank You we had a brilliant stay.

We spent a great time in cressy house, apartment was very clean and simple and Babs was really helpful.

It was our first short break in London. We decided to rent this apartment for our trip and we were very pleased to meet Babs.

When we arrived, we reached apartment easily and Babs was there to welcome us. We stayed 4 nights at his property and we had everything we needed. A comfortable room & bed, an equipped kitchen, a tv, an iron and ironboard and a hair-dryer e.t.c.

The rental is at a great location, near the subway, next to few super markets and we could walk into the City.

We really enjoyed our vacations here. We have to mention that babs was really kind, friendly and he helped us to everything we needed.

We would recommend this apartment to anyone, it is a good choice value for money.

Its been a while since I stayed here, but when Babs asked for a review of my stay I saw no reason but to oblige.

Absolutely was one of the best places I spent my break. For those who stay long in London and don't like any kind of discomfort in the hostels this is a great option. For couples, friends, perfect. All furniture and fittings are well maintained, clean and in good order.

Babs was efficient, even at the beginning with questions and some doubts I had along the way and needed his help on. I have recommended you to some friends and I will definitely continue to do that. I did not expect that the location was so good for getting around London. You should check it out. Cheap as well.

We rented the apartment for 7 days and we realy enjoyed our time here.Cressy housse was very clean and quiet.The landlord was professional and helpful.He also transfered our deposit within 24 hours.Thanks for all.If we have to return to London,we'll definately stay here again.
