Hosts with the Most
Eleven of us stayed with Matt & Steve for a bachelor party weekend in New Orleans. We rented all three suites and had the best time. The city itself is obviously incredible, but the stay was made even better by our hosts. They cooked for us, picked us up and drove us to the airport, printed off our boarding passes and were great to hang out with. The accommodations were beautifully designed, maintained and cared for and the lush courtyards and hot tub were an obvious plus. I'd love to go back to New Orleans and I would definitely stay with Matt & Steve next time.

We were part of a large group that completely filled the BEARigny Suites, and Matt made us all feel right at home, from providing us with travel assistance to little things like a constant supply of water and soda. He even decorated the inn for a birthday celebration we had there! The Inn is very clean and comfortable, and nearby to the French Quarter, in a very quiet neighborhood. There is a very large hot tub to relax in, and very comfortable beds to sleep in. We stayed in the Courtyard Suite - Very comfortable and relaxing place to stay. The owners will go out of their way to ensure you have everything you need and are enjoying your stay. We felt like family by the time we left. Highly recommend a stay here!

A beautiful oasis in an awesome neighborhood
Our group of 6 just spent four nights at the Bearigny Suites for Jazz Fest - we could not have found a better spot as a base for our activities. First of all, the neighborhood is awesome. Conveniently located to some savory, local eateries and walking distance from everything you would want to do in New Orleans. We even hopped on the bikes that Matt set up for us and toured ourselves around...what a treat! I love the neighborhood, it is quintesentially New Orleans. When we first arrived, Matt gave us a very informed tour of the property and made sure we had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Let me just say, I read every review and was still blown away with how beautiful, restful, relaxing, hospitable and just plain awesome this place was. We WILL be coming back. If you are reading reviews, trying to figure out which place to stay, stop right now and book this place - before someone else does. You will not regret it.

Excellent place to stay
My wife & I & 2 other adult family members stayed in the Elysian Fields Suite for 4 nights and were very glad we did. Property is about a 5 minute walk to Frenchman St & another 10 minute walk to the heart of the French Quarter. The rooms while smallish are very clean & nicely decorated. One of the owners, Matt, met us and was very friendly & helpful. Free water, soda, milk, cereal & juice are provided. Free wifi and onstreet parking is available.

Fabulous house close to the French Quarter
We were in NO to attend a family wedding so The Bearigny Suites was perfect for a cousins weekend. From the time Matt picked us up at the airport until he took us back four days later, we enjoyed every minute. Matt provided so much information about restaurants, places to see and how to get there that it was like having our own concierge...just for us. We stayed in the Marigny Suites with large bathroom, full kitchen, well stocked frig with breakfast items all complimentary, two bedrooms...and so quiet. Their courtyard is gorgeous and available to enjoy anytime of the day or night. I would love to take advantage of the hot tub and outdoor dining area, but we were busy with wedding activities. Matt and Steve live right there in their own home...so when I reported a very tiny leak in the toilet to Matt, it was fixed by the time we got home PLUS he washed and dried all our towels we used for showering before we left. Now that is service above and beyond. You can tell Matt loves NO and loves providing excellent service to all his quests. I would return again without hesitation. A short 10 minute walk to the French Quarter, several neighborhood bars and restaurants and very safe. I've already told friends about Matt and The Bearigny Suites. All throughout the property you can tell the care and love that Matt and Steve have given. We couldn't have been more pleased in every way. I've rented several times from VRBO and by far, The Bearigny Suites exceeded my expectations more than anyother property I've rented. Thank you Matt.

A Diamond in the Rough!
Our group of 7 came to New Orleans to celebrate a 40th Birthday. We stayed in the Marigny & Elysian Fields Suites. The pictures do not do it justice! They keep everything immaculate, detailed and great décor. I was a little worried about the location being in a bad area or far from the action, but it was quite the opposite. It's just a few blocks from Frenchman, and not a bad walk to the French Quarter and Bourbon St. New Orleans blocks are short :).
Matt was amazing as well! He made us feel right at home. He also made sure we knew where to go (the daiquiris and poboys!), and he was so fun to hang out with.
The BEARigny Suites exceeded all of my expectations. I will definitely be back to New Orleans, and I wouldn't stay anywhere else. Thanks Matt!

Great vacation at The Bearigny
Matt and Steve are wonderful hosts-Matt picked us up at the airport- great way to begin our stay! We stayed in the Courtyard Suite, which was super clean and private. The amenities were plentiful, including lots of towels, fully stocked kitchen with water and breakfast items. The location is walking distance to Frenchmen street and The Quarter. We plan on returning soon!

BEARigny Suites are wonderful!
My husband and I recently visited New Orleans to attend French Quarter Fest and stayed in the Courtyard Suite - what a wonderful room! It was comfortable, well stocked with amenities and very private! I really wanted to get in the hot tub at some point but we were too busy enjoying New Orleans! Next time I want to make a point of relaxing in the wonderful courtyard that Matt takes such good care of. He is a wonderful host and we look forward to our next trip to New Orleans and stay at the BEARigny Suites.

Excellent location, hospitable owners, everything you could ask for!
We recently spent 4 nights in the Elysian Fields suite and couldn't have asked for more. Excellent location, beautiful accommodations! Matt our host made us feel very much at home, available for any needs including airport transfers! He provided recommendations about the area, dining, and night life! We will definitely be back!!

This was our first visit to New Orleans and I could not have made a better choice for our accommodation. Matt offered a very good rate to pick us up from the airport and offered to swing by and pick up our friend from the AMTRAK station.
On the way to the suite, Matt provided us with information on New Orleans, southern customs, (we're from Australia so this was awesome). He was very clear about the terms of the rental on our suite and made sure we understood those before we got there. He was very friendly and we could tell that nothing would be too much to ask of him.
On arriving at the suite he gave us a very detailed tour of the property and showed us through the common areas so we were aware of extra features such as the hot tub in the back yard that we may not have ventured back to see if we weren't shown.
The suite was AMAZING. Perfect for us as we were catching up with a friend from Michigan so we didn't want to be cooped up in a hotel room. There were 2 separate bedrooms, a separate lounge with small kitchenette and separate bathroom. The furnishings are modern and the fridge was stocked with complimentary milk and juice and there were even complimentary cereals, water and soft drinks.
Matt drove us to dinner on the first night as we had totally forgotten where he told us to go. Again, we got another narrated tour. On another day he took us to a buffet with a narrated tour on the way there. All very interesting and all things you wouldn't hear or see with a paid tour. He knows the area and you can tell he loves it which is what makes his stories so interesting.
We walked everywhere. The suite is perfectly located to everything you'll need. Its about a 15 minute walk to the French Markets. We felt very safe.
Make sure you check out Gene's Daiquiri Bar just across the road!
I cannot recommend Matt and the Bearigny Suites more highly. We got service here that you'd NEVER get a the Marriott!! I've already passed on their details to friends at home.
