We just spent a week in this unit at Coconuts Resort. The property was perfect as far as location, amenities and overall condition. It could use a little sprucing up but it didn't pose a problem. TV in the living room was small but we found out later that the main TV was broken and so management put the tv from the bedroom in the living room and hadn't replaced the broken one yet. The owner had assumed it had been done and once she found out otherwise she attempted to take care of the problem. There are many excellent restaurants within a mile or less of the condo. Being a slow time of the year we had the resort to ourselves other than 2 other women. There is public beach access right next to the condo which wasn't a problem but probably could get very crowded during summer/peak season. I honestly do not think you could find a condo or house that is any closer to the sand than this one. We had a wonderful time and would definately return again.
