We call this condo The Tree House.
This is a very comfortable large one bedroom condo, on the second floor, with a wrap around lanai boasting both a garden and mountain view 75' from the ocean. The lanai is nestled amongst the plumeria and palms, with plenty of outdoor seating for relaxing or dining al fresco.
The ocean view is peek-a-boo, but this property has an abundance of beautiful old Hawaii landscaping. plumeria, hibiscus, palms, coconut, and a magnificent big mango tree.
The kitchen is well appointed with everything you will need to prepare any meal.
Serenity was the idea when it came to decorating the bedroom. There is ample room for a roll away or crib rental as well. One of our favorite features of this condo is the jacuzzi bath. Relax in the tub and listen to your favorite Hawaiian tunes on the iPod docking station.

A visit to my Maui Home is a Slice of Paradise. I am a retired airline attendant of 33 years. I want you to love my home as much as I do, and make it your home while you are here.
We loved the access to the ocean front. We are close to a grocery and health food store that does a farmers market several days a week.
This condo was a second purchase at Maui Sands. We love the serenity and peaceful feeling of this condo.
Whales, Whales, Whales! We have a unique ocean eco-system with a series of 3 reefs that house some great critters for snorkeling, and a monk seal that visits our reef often. This unit is perfect to snorkel, paddle board and kayak right off the shoreline!
There are three volcanic reefs that run parallel to the shoreline. During low tide, the inner area, between the seawall and the first reef is perfectly protected for keiki to play in the water and build sand castles. Between the first and second reef, the water is between 7' and 4' deep, perfect for swimming with the turtles and enjoying a morning swim. Outside the second reef, and inside the third, is a wonderful labyrinth of lava nooks and crannies that provide great snorkeling!
This is one of West Maui's first condo resorts, and it really captures the essence of old Hawaii Aloha!
