Our group of 6 ranging in age from late twenties to early sixties thoroughly enjoyed the lovely condo. It was tastefully decorated in Hawaiian motif, comfortable, spacious, and location, location, location! Walking distance to Front Street Lahaina, the Luau, snorkel rental, grocery stores. Only 5 min. drive to Kaanapali shops, restaurants and of course the two world-famous Kaanapli Golf courses. The beach, just a stone's throw from the condo was calm, shallow, warm and inviting. It was terrific waking up each morning to the wonderful view and the refreshing trade winds. This is our 5th trip to Maui and in the past, we had stayed in hotels either in Wailea or Kaanapali, but decided to do the condo route since we took our two sons and their significant others for a family trip. Great decision! Couldn't have picked a better place. Hated to leave...we will be back.

Our family of 5 adults and 1 infant enjoyed a glorious week here and plan on being one of Larry's repeat renters. His Maui home is stunning (the pictures do not do it justice) and it is beautifully decorated and very comfortably furnished. The amenities far exceeded our expectations - the kitchen, laundry room and bathrooms were very well stocked. The condo and the estate complex were very clean and well kept.

The onsite property managers and condo-contact were exceptional. They were incredibly responsive and sincerely cared about ensuring our stay there was wonderful and memorable. They appeared to be genuinely pleased whenever we expressed how happy we were.

The property itself is conveniently located in Lahaina - well within walking distance of many locations - but has the feel of seclusion and quiet, It is on Baby Beach, which was perfect for our grandson and the other families we enjoyed watching play in the water. The exercise room and pool were also used a lot by my family.

Although I only communicated with Larry via email, he was great to work with and made the rental process simple and easy. Although he travels, he is very responsive and straight-forward. He does a great job of anticipating questions in his communications, so I had none leading up to our stay. He even provided me with recommendations for where to get infant-needed rentals.

While on the island, we scuba dived and snorkeled, We swam with sea turtles just down from Larry's home along the old pier - a 2 minute walk down the beach!!

I would highly recommend this property (and any property that Larry owns) to anyone wishing to enjoy an island getaway in luxury at a reasonable price. If this property is available when you are coming to the island - grab it!! You won't regret it.

Our stay on baby beach in the privacy of the small gated community couldn't have been more perfect. The proximity to Lahaina and other central locations was great. The spacious condo was set up perfectly for our family (my husband and our two teenagers.) The expansive deck had unobstructive views of Lahaina and Lanai with sun chairs that were in the sun throughout the day while the deck table was shaded by the lovely Plumera tree. Most importantly we had easy access to the beach...just across the short lawn and you are on the beach. The beach has both sandy bottom swimming areas and reef areas perfect for the novice snorkeler.

We are frequent vacation home renters so the only things we found missing was the use of beach towels (the owner is clear up front that these are not provided, however for higher end vacation rentals this is something that I would consider a basic expectation for a beach front rental.) The only other thing that would have made our stay more pefect is a welcome basket or starter kit including coffee, salt and pepper or basic pantry spices. These are very small opportuntities for improvement.

We can't wait to come back and I would recommend this condo to anyone traveling with kids, teens, or anyone who want a superb vacation in a suberb location - you can't go wrong with Puunoa Beach #205!

This condo is ALL it is advertised to be. What a breathtaking view from the lanai (as in veranda). In lieu of attaching a photo, imagine the ocean steps away, Lanai island (aka pineapple/Oracle island) on the right, sailboats on the left, white clouds above and white topped waves hitting the coral reef below. All this framed with palm trees. We walked right onto the beach and could even snorkel (lots of pretty coral but one needs a snorkel tour to get to the colorful sea life - turtles and fish).

The condo itself is beautiful and fully functional with plenty of cable flat screen TVs, free wifi, laundry, top notch kitchen and bathrooms. We especially love the ceilings. Larry (owner) and his local support team were great and very friendly.

This is perfect for those who want a wonderful place to stay on the West side of Maui and who like to be free to explore Maui at their own pace while enjoying a first rate, comfortable place to call home when not off on a nature walk, snorkel, zipline, parasail, sight-seeing, dining, etc. adventure around Maui.

My family stayed at the Puunoa Beach Estates in June. We have three generations to plan for and everything was just perfect in every way. What can't be captured on a website, or in pictures, are the incredible breezes coming through the windows, or the joy of walking the beach as the sun goes down and seeing the lights of Lahaina glowing in the distance. Puunoa Beach Estates is truly one of the most relaxing, beautiful vacations we have ever had. It has something for everyone - if your are making a choice for your next vacation book Puunoa Beach Estates #205 with confidence!!!

Our family of five just returned from a glorious week at Puunoaestates Estates #205. It was everything promised and more. It is beautifully furnished and comfortable, plus the proximity to the sand provides ease of beach play within sight from the lanai! Being able to walk into Lahaina for restaurants, stores and art galleries was perfect. We met families with small children who had driven from their five star hotels to enjoy "Baby beach" due to the calm beautiful water at Puunoa. We look forward to our return!

My only hesitation in recommending this place is that it may not be available the next time we want to rent it. It was spectacular in all respects, very well appointed, spacious and comfortable. A short walk into Lahaina made it easy for all of us to be independent and not rely on a car. The beach is not crowded and is safe for any level swimmer. We watched the whales from the deck and could not have enjoyed our week more. The kitchen is fully equipped, barbecue grills at the pool, and anything that you need within a 5 minute walk.
