We loved the proximity to the ocean, the lovely home, and all of the amenities included in the home. This is a great place to stay!

The photos can't show what a beautiful place "The Egret's Nest" really is. The oceanfront view is stunning and the sound of the waves soothed us to sleep at night. The home is lovingly decorated -- it's clear the owner has a keen artistic eye. Everything we needed was amply provided--a fully stocked kitchen, plenty of towels in each of the 2 full bathrooms, with a 1/2 bath located upstairs, and a convenient washer and dryer. The beds were comfortable, too. The upstairs living area was cozy with a nice dining area. The location is ideal for traveling into downtown San Francisco and it's wonderful if you just want to stay in Pacifica, which we did. The owner is caring and responsive and we felt welcomed. We would definitely want to stay here again on our next visit!

The house was immaculate when we arrived. We enjoyed listening to the waves from our window in the master bedroom. The kitchen is excellently appointed and the house was extremly well set up and cozy. The owner is a pleasure to work with. I look forward to staying there again. I highly recommend the Egret's Nest.You can stay in Pacifica and easily travel into San Francisco.

My husband and our family stayed here at Egret's Nest for our big wedding day. The house is absolutely amazing. More than we ever expected. Location was beautiful, Easy access to get to. Lots of parking. A short walk to the pier and Chit chat Cafe. On low tide you can cross the promanade and walk down to the sand. In the evenings we stood on both beautiful balconies and watched as the waves crashed against the wall less than 200 feet away. Breath taking sunsets
:) We really felt at home. This house is a great vacation home, we didn't want to leave. Our 7 and 3 year old girls loved it too. We plan to spend our future anniversaries here. Truley a diamond in the rough. The owner was beyond pleasant to communicate with. All around a great transaction, great owner, great location, absolutely great. I hope that everyone gets a chance to experience this place at least one weekend. Enjoy :)

This was our first time using VRBO. Our results were delightful, Not only was the natural beauty of the environment spectacular, ( daily dolphin sightings from the decks of this rental), but the property was stunning! The home was comfortable, well furnished, and decorated meticulously. Every convenience was included. There was easy access to hiking, biking, grocery stores, pharmacies and great local eateries.
For a fantastic ocean front getaway, this home is ideal.

We enjoyed our stay here. It was the perfect location for trips into San Fran and day trips to Stanford University and Berkeley Plenty of space for our family of 5. The kids liked the multiple televisions. :) The walk down the seawall to Mori Point in front of the house was a great morning walk to enjoy the sounds of the sea and the cool air.

We were here in late July on a hot weekend in SFO. Pacifica was fogged in except on the day we arrived and left. We were able to enjoy the sun in nearby SFO - Golden Gate Park.

The home is right on the Ocean. One feels like you are in your own upper deck cabin (large cabin) on a cruise. Nice walk along the beach right in front and you can head up Moari Hill and enjoy the bluffs for a nice hike nearby. Quick drive to anywhere in the city from here but gives you the small town atmosphere. The street in front is not noisy and there is very minimal beach traffic.

The home is well equipped with comfortable bedrooms and clean baths. Everything was immaculate when we arrived. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. The family room is on the upper floor and has a great view. Good TV's and surround sound. Enjoyed the opening ceremony of the Olympics. You can hang out in the family room all day.

Overall a great place and will come back to beat the heat sometime.

We were recently visiting family in the area and loved or stay here. The house comfortably accomodated two families with four adults and 3 children under 4. We were impressed with the size of the home and it was well equiped with everything we needed. It was a great home base to run day trips into the city (15-20 minutes) or just hang out locally at the beach. The owner was very helpful and responsive to our questions. We'd definitely recommend staying here and look forward to coming back in the future.
