We have just returned from a two week holiday in Florida, a week in Orlando doing the parks and a week on the Gulf Coast, relaxing after the parks. We consider ourselves lucky to find this villa in Kissimmee whilst searching the web. Our party of 5 consisted of myself and my wife, our daughter and her husband and their 5 year old daughter.
Everything went like clockwork, from enquiring about the villa right through to our departure day. Our daughters husband who hadn't been to Florida before just coudn't believe how big and nice the villa was, we had stayed in villas before and this is one of the nicest we have stayed in. The pool kept our grandaughter (oh ok, and us hehe) happy in between attraction visits and there was everything in the villa we needed to make our stay a comfortable and enjoyable one, we couldn't fault it. All instructions and information we needed were provided before we left for our holiday and were clear and concise.

Stupendous!! We rented this home for a summer vacation and shared with another family. I cannot say how pleased I was with the appearance and cleanliness of the home when we arrived. There was a storm while we were there and one of the screens got ripped out on our second day. I called it in and someone was there to repair it that very evening. The owner made the reservation process very smooth. It is conveniently located for all Orlando attractions and I would definitely recommend this property to a friend. Our family has great memories of this vacation. Thank you!

Thank you for renting us the villa. The villa was in one word, amazing. We enjoyed a lot. The villa was very very beautiful. The children also love the beautiful princess bedroom. It was a pitty that we have to leave although we leave early in the morning and arrive late in the afternoon. Monica, once again, many many thanks. I'll be there in July 2012.

The villa was in excellent condition and very clean throughout. The owners are very helpful and friendly with the maintenance company located close to the villa so help is on hand should you require it. The pool area was comfortable with fantastic sunsets in the evening. The pool is sufficient to accommodate a family although the pool was slightly dirty and would benefit from a regular clean which was the only negative factor of the property as I spent most evenings cleaning the pool myself.
The location of the villa is great, a short trip away from Disney and attractions, restaurants and local shops. The restaurants were friendly and offered great food and service. The weather was great as we only experienced one wet day which was on our last day of the holiday. The local amenities are more than adequate with a supermarket and pharmacy only 5 minutes away, fast food is also catered for locally as you would expect. We had a fantastic holiday and the villa made a great resting place after a hard day at the parks!

I would certainly recommend the villa for its location which is near to the parks and attractions in Orlando but is also far away enough to escape the hustle and bustle.

Excellent property. Spacious home in a quiet area with a beautiful lake to the back. The property was very clean and well maintained and the owner answered any questions we had before departure very promptly. Full instructions were given on how to get to the villa from the airport and also all the details about fire alarm, burgular alarm and air conditioning were provided.

The villa was very modern and well equiped with everything that we needed.

I would certainly recommend this villa to friends and family and if I return to Florida this is where I will be staying! Much better than staying in a hotel or in self catering accommodation within a complex.

Although it rained daily, the house made it a nice play to stay. We were able to enjoy the pool for a limited time but it was nice. Next time we might need it check out the forecast before deciding to go on vacation ;)
