The apartments offer a queen bed in the bedroom and 2 futons in the living room for up to 4 people which include cleaning service and parking. Located below the apartments is a small shopping center with a cafe/restaurant and various shops. Our location offers you the perfect combination of being in the center of town and close to the relaxation of the beach at the same time!

Apartment well maintained and decorated, equipped with everything, oven, cooking utensils, TV, Internet, air conditioning, large bedroom and luxurious. Really close to the beach, central location. Simply a delight!!! Really enjoyed.

Comfortable and Enjoyable Apartment

Some friends and I planned to meet up in Santa Teresa for a vacation/reunion. We hadn't seen each other in a couple years and decided this would be a great way to reconnect. I came several days early and needed a place to stay while waiting for everyone to show up.
The Apartments at Plaza Royal were a great choice. It was clean and modern. The bedroom was large and the bed was comfortable. Although I didn't use it much, it was nice to have a fully equipped kitchen for the late night munchies. The pictures on the website did indeed accurately reflect the apartment in reality.
The description here says that the apartment can hold up to 4 people, and that is true, but there is only one bed. It is a queen sized bed, so it is for a couple, and the two couches in the living room can also be used to sleep on.
The maid came by every day to clean, and I was able to give her some laundry to do, it was ready the next day, and smelled nice.
It was close to the beach, and I got a surf lesson and rented a board from the surf shop underneath the apartments. The cafe was also really nice. They served meals as well as coffee, and both were good. The grocery store across the street was well stocked with a solid selection. I felt like I had everything I needed right next to me.
All in all, I enjoyed my stay in the Plaza Royal apartments, and would recommend it to my friends and stay there again.

One of the best Resort!!!

It was the first time i got to Santa Teresa, A place which i have herd of many times. This place is Magic - the vibe, energy,the people. But what sealed this amazing trip was the magical place i stayed in.
Luz De Vida - From the clean villas over -looking the beautiful Santa Teresa coast to the food offered in the restaurant to the amazing people who runs the place. Mali,Avi and Elay ... Thank you for making it the best vacation ever... Can't wait to come back home!!! :)

all you could ask for in this apartment !!! WIFI, hot water, clean , center of town! really nice owner and there is an amazing coffee shop just under and the beach is just behind :-)
