We had a wonderful time. The apartment was cozy, warm, clean and well kept and beautifully located to allow us to do all the upcountry and north shore things we wanted. Our hosts were wonderful, friendly and witty people and really made us feel at home and had many suggestions about what to see and where to eat. Thanks so much!! Mahalo and Aloha guys!

We enjoyed our stay in Amy's home. The room was comfortable, clean, quiet and we liked the "out of the way" location. We would recommend this property for couples looking for a home base while exploring Maui. Paia has wonderful restaurants (Flatbread is delicious) and is 10 minutes away. We ate at Colleens in Haiku twice--the burgers are great. I recommend getting groceries in Kahalui, as the small market in Haiku had limited supplies and was pricey. The property is the starting place on the "Road to Hana"...be sure and stop at the banana bread stand you'll see on the right as you head to Hana. Ho'okipa is THE place to watch surfers and kite surfing. Best snorkeling at Kaanapali, about an hour away. And if you head to Lahaina, stop at Leoda's for pie. :)

A most wondrous, transformative time! Having this sanctuary respite exceeded my expectations. I will always remember the gracious hosts that were there with warm greetings and upon leaving, warm farewells. The accommodations were just as represented, clean, with all the listed amenities, and the bed was so comfortable. The evening sounds were quiet, but for the breezes and the crickets- just heavenly! I highly recommend staying here and hope to return someday.

What can I say...we had a great time and where we stayed had a huge part in that. The unit was quiet, clean, charming and above all, safe. It was the perfect place for me, my husband and our little boy to relax and be ourselves.

I highly recommend this place if you are looking to play hard all day and get the rest you need at night without a worry in the world.

I had a great stay in this place. It's close to Haiku town and Paia, with lots of local vibes. Private entrance and quiet at night, I would recommend it.
