A TRULY MEMORABLE HOLIDAY

I stayed at this truly lovely villa for three weeks with my wife, sister and brother-in-law as part of my celebrating my retiral from many many years in teaching. this was to be a holiday to remember and we took great care in the planning of it.
We went through many ads for villas before all agreeing on Sheilah's and we certainly made the right decision. The villa, location, facilities and support when needed was simply excellent. The heated pool was superb ( truth to tell, a little too warm and we actually turned it down a tad ), this when other owners charge extra for pool heating. Another nice point is that the pool area has a nice view and vantage, not being overlooked from any side around.
The house was in immaculate condition and spotlessly clean for us arriving. We had a problem with the house phone and our lovely owners stayed up until 4am (UK) to put in a call to the phone/ internet company to ensure we got a call-out that day. Problem solved.
From start to finish they could not have been more helpful to us.
The villa's location itself was great for shopping, pharmacy,eating out, carry out food, walmart, and routes into Kissimee, Orlando and further afield.
I will recommend this lovely couple and their villa to anyone I speak with who is planning a Florida holiday and, in fact, am hoping to return next year with my mother who will be celebrating her 80th birthday.
Accomodation can make or break a holiday and we have no hesitaion in recommending this lovely property to one and all and be assured we have rent quite a few villas over the years so know a gem when we find one.

A perfect start to our holiday

We stayed at Westridge for the first part of our holiday, it was in a perfect location to visit the Disney parks and Universal Studios. The accomodation was very clean and was fully equipped for our every requirement. The pool was a great plus after a long day spent at the parks, and with its position offered the views of the most fabulous sunsets. Just perfect.

Great place to stay. Our family of 4 had a comfortable time in this clean and well maintained villa which could easily sleep 6-8 people. The swimming pool was clean and helped us to relax after busy day at the theme parks. Most attractions were with reasonable driving distance to the villa as were the local amenities. I would have no hesitation in recommending this villa to stay.

Fantastic Villa

On arrival the villa is in a quiet street location, daily paper was waiting for us on the driveway, nice touch. The instructions from the owner (a video of pictures of the villa and a letter) informing us exactly how to enter and lock up the villa was very clear and easy to follow. Let me say the photo's do not do this villa justice. As a family (two in our fifties & three in their twenties) we have stayed at a Disney Hotel, a Hyatt Hotel and now a villa, we will definately be staying in a villa again. This villa has all the facilities a family can want, plenty of space in the bedrooms, each with it's own t.v., good for catching up with the olympics whilst we were away from UK for three weeks, a huge fridge with ice maker, which was great. If you get up early between 6:30 and 7:30 you will see hot air balloons majestically float by whilst you enjoy your cuppa. The pool and spa are very relaxing after a hot day out and about, John the pool man comes on a Friday. The location of the villa is close enough to all shops, restaurants (Bahama Breeze) and take aways (Bamboo Wok next to Publix), Millers food and beer always good, however you will need a car if you stay at this villa. I would recommend this villa to friends and relatives.

Having holidayed in Florida for the last 20 years we can honestly sy this is one of the nicest and well appointed villas we have stayed in. All the facilities are in tip top condition The location is ideal to reach all parts of Florida close to I4 and the major routes. Close to shops bars supermarkets etc Plenty of information to hand and updated. The owner and management co are eadsy to reach and attend to anything that needs doing promptly. All in all highly recommended. We will certainly book it again

Top marks to both the owner and management agent who maintain this villa to a high standard.
The villa is immaculate and very comfortable - both inside and out. It has a fabulous pool area with plenty chairs/loungers and a larger than average pool, which is not overlooked.
The villa is situated in a good location - close to Berry Town Centre (for shops, restaurants, takeaways), the I4 and 192.
The reviews helped us in choosing this villa and we were not disappointed and would definately recommend it to anyone who is looking for a clean, comfortable `home from home` villa.

Lovely villa that we would recommend

We have recently returned from a very enjoyable stay at this villa.
The location was very good, quiet residential area with all amenities close by. Publix supermarket a couple of minutes away and the golf course even closer.
The villa itself was spacious, clean and well equipped and we felt very comfortable staying there. One of the attractions for us was the large pool and outdoor area, and this did not disappoint - a great place to relax.
Sheilah was great to deal with, and the DVD she sends when booking is a really nice touch. Isabelo from the property management company dropped by on our first day to introduce himself and offer any help.
We would happily recommend this villa, and would use it again when visiting Orlando.

Just returned from a fantastic 2 week Easter break. The location and reviews sold this villa to us and we were not disappointed. It is very quiet, not overlooked and with everything you could possibly want for a comfortable break away. The villa is very well equipped with a lovely pool to relax in after a busy day at the parks and we felt very much at home straight away. It was great dealing with Sheilah and we were greeted by Isabelo who pointed us in the direction of the local Publix and Chinese after a long flight. He looked after us very well during our stay. Would thoroughly recommend this villa and would love to return in the future.

We have recently returned home after a 3 week stay in this comfortable villa ( 14th Oct-4th Nov)
The villa has lovely airy, spacious feel about it and is very well equipped with everything you could think of.
The beds are very comfortable and there is plenty of space for storage.
The pool is large and private with a lovely outlook, the patio area is very large with plenty of chairs and loungers, the spa was warm but wasn't actually a whirlpool, nice to sit and read a book in though!
Very close to shops and restaurants etc Publix 2mins Walmart 10 mins lovely Applebees 2 mins and close to the I4 and 192 so access to the theme parks very easy, around 30 mins. Easy to get to Kennedy and Cocoa beach just over an hour away, but the location was also very peaceful which was lovely.

I visited the villa in July of this year with my husband, two young children and my Dad and brother. The villa had more than enough space to accommodate everyone, it is bright and airy and has a fantastic master bedrooom suite.
The pool area was well equipped with loungers, tables and chairs and toys for the pool, so there was something there for all. We spent a lot of our time in this area and it was very private as no one facing into it.
In the evening we would bbq and share a few bottles of wine!!
Like the pool area the villa has everything you need and more, Sheilah arranged for a stroller for my son and in the end I had two!! Theres also a child booster seat in the garage as well!!
Location is good and with the Berry Centre a 2 minute drive away its was so handy for Publix, a few restaurants and bars (I can recommend the little Mexican cafe, best pancakes and French toast we've had)
Its taks about 30mins to International Drive and roughly the same door to door to the Disney Parks.
So to sum our holiday up as the title says "Fantastic Holiday" in a fabulous villa, it was a home from home.
