A great place to stay in the heart of Vancouver
wonderful penthouse apartment in the heart for vancouver. great for 2 couples or a family. Central to everything you could need...we wish we had more time to spend exploring the area and relaxing in Shafik and Julia's place. They were excellent hosts and obviously take great pride and care in their beautiful apartment. we will certainly be back. Thanks Shafik and Julia!

Great Apartment with Amazing Views
This is a new, modern, hip apartment in Yaletown. The views are spectacular. Its a short walk to the Yaletown restaurants and bars. The owners/managers are great and very professional. I highly recommend this place.

Girls Gone Wild in Vancouver
We were personally met by the owners Shafik and Julia on arrival to get us tucked away in our private garage. When we went to the Penthouse (yes it occupies 1/2 of the top floor) and they opened the door, we all dropped our jaws. The pictures do not do it justice; the views (from every room) are floor to ceiling windows with breathtaking views. You are steps from shopping, restaurants and sight-seeing. They also make themselves readily available to you. They were quick to respond on very close locations for groceries and adult beverages along with Pizza delivery. Yes, the views are so spectacular that you will never want to leave. The kitchen is fully stocked for all of your culinary needs; we cooked in daily. There are 2 bed rooms with very comfortable beds, there is also a smaller room with furniture that converts into a bed and we found it to be very comfortable and cozy, and you can watch the sunrise from that bed. I personally want to go back in the winter just the experience the heated bathroom floors; we don't need those in Texas. During our booking process you will find Julia and Shafik very quick to respond to your questions and needs, they were delightful to work with. The Penthouse is worth every cent and you will truly enjoy your stay. We can hardly wait to return. Cheers!

Perched over beautiful Vancouver!
My wife and I had a great time and were extremely satisfied with Shafik and Julia's beautiful penthouse suite. It was a perfect way to enjoy the city. The views were great with the morning sun shining into almost every room and the local neighborhoods were amazing. Shafik and Julia were very helpful in finding the place and helping make our stay comfortable. We enjoyed the short walk to the Whitecaps game and great local food. Thanks again!

Julia and Shafik were great to deal with - friendly, helpful, and easy to contact. The apartment is very classy, with stunning views and is beautifully presented and furnished, very clean, well equipped and the apartment complex also has a good gym. A lovely touch on arrival was the fresh bouguet of flowers which lasted for our stay and a box of handcrafted chocolates.
The apartment is centrally located, close to BC stadium, Robson St and lots of restaurants, and easy walking distances to many tourist spots.
Despite being 34 stories up, however, there is a lot of noise and light pollution and the one criticsm of the apartment we have it that it was difficult to sleep for non city dwellers- it was hot during our stay and the apartment does not have air conditioning, so with open windows it was extremely noisey and it was never dark at night time. Bedding is great for 2 couples or group of 4, the extra little room does not really successfully accomodate extras as is v small. Overall a fantastic central location and very highly recommended, thanks

Owner's Response: These great guests from New Zealand were amongst our first occupants. We have since installed fans in every room and guests are more comfortable - very few condo buildings in Vancouver have air conditioning. And yes, we are located in the heart of vibrant Vancouver and the excitement in the air on weekends can, occasionally, be heard on a hot summer night even 34 floors up!

We couldn't have been more pleased with the penthouse or the hospitality.
What more can you ask for than a clean, well designed and appointed place with view that will knock your socks off. It really was perfect....espessially when you add in the fantastic hospitality and service from the owners.
We stay at VRBO rentals alot and this is the first time that we were so impressed that we felt like taking the time to write a review.
This place....location.....security.....parking.....cleanliness.....views.......decor......every part of it really is a 10!

Wow!!! What an awesome place- Thanks for having us
My wife and I had never been to Vancouver and what a way to experience it. Your penthouse on the 34th floor of a perfectly located building exceeded our expectations. Walking in the door with my cousin and his wife for the first time was awesome. I think the first words out of everyone's mouth was "You have got to be kidding me"!!! It was the evening and the city lights combined with the blue light that shines on the stadium at night blew everyone away. Your place was clean, well equipped and exactly as described. Yaletown was a great spot with lots of shopping, restaurants and it was close to everything we wanted to get to. Whoever might be reading this Julia has put together a welcome package of information including restaurants, things to do etc., I can tell you that as someone who loves food your recommendations were awesome! We had a great time and you were both wonderful to work with. Thank you again for making our vacation so great by opening up your wonderful place. We hope to see you in Phoenix the next time you come in. Thanks again for everything Shafik and Julia... Duke and Robin

Perfect in every way!
The condo was very clean, tastefully decorated, and a great location! Not to mention the "million dollar" views!! Shafik and Julia were very easy to correspond with and made themselves available (if needed...we didn't). The bonus of the garage was a huge plus, as we rented bikes for the week and knew they were safe and secure. This is the first time I can say, I actually miss a bed, other than my own. Quality bedding is a must, and it was delivered! I'm very pleased our first choice fell through and we had the pleasure of #410950 instead...excellent property!!

Living on top of the world
I stayed here for approximately one month and I can truly say it is as if you are living on top of the world. The views are breathtaking and I felt that I could reach out and touch the stars. I found myself just staring out into the mountains time and time again imagining what it would be like to stand at the peaks. There is no need for any art on the walls as the entire condo is a living piece of art with panoramic views that light up with mystery and beauty at night. It was fun having friends come over and watch their jaws drop as they open the door and walk in for the first time.
The condominium its self is large, modern, impeccably designed, and very comfortable, easily accommodating 6 people.
In addition, you could not find a better location if your budget was three times as much, as you stay in the heart of the most beautiful city in the work. The place is one block away walking from Robson Street, the major shopping area of Vancouver, as well as seconds away by walking from the sea wall, Yale town, theater, movies, fitness clubs, and every restaurant you can imagine.
The world was truly at my finger tips during my stay and it was extremely hard to leave.
