Condo, 1 Bedroom + 1 Bath, (Sleeps 2-3)

Golf Terrace is the closest, most private, and smallest grouping of condos at the beautiful Pinehurst Resort. We are directly accross the street from the picturesque Pinehurst Country Club and Pinehurst Harness Track. You will actually drive across 2 fairways! Our unit is nestled nicely between courses 3 & 5. (There are balls in play - keep watch :)

Golfers will enjoy the ability to walk directly to the Pinehurst Country Club. Sit on the lovely veranda there with a refreshing drink and watch the golfers - just as the affluent did over 100 years ago. View the historic memorobila inside and photos of all time golfing greats.

Equestrians - you may enjoy the close proximity to the Haness track to take a break from the long day or events! Share and use for a riders lounge - while your horse rests in his stall across the street! Daily, overnight or all weekend! Services of stocking with groceries from Harris Teeter or Lowes Foods available for additional fee. There is a laundry building on the grounds available for your use.

We are residents and professionals working in the areas of education and healthcare. Our favorite pastimes are golf in Pinehurst and equestrian activities in Southern Pines. In addition to our favorite pastimes there are so many other interests here! Enjoy antique shopping, numerous potters, artisians, music performances, unique boutiques, greenway trails, lovely horticultural gardens, and many delicious resteraunts. Our first visit to Pinehurst was to explore the golf and equestrian attractions. Our second visit was to find a residence to purchase - we love it here! This condo was a second home until we completed arrangements to live and work here permanently. We are now full time residents of Pinehurst. We have met many wonderful people renting our condo through VRBO in the past and have decided to again make this unit available to vacationers. We live and work in this community and are ready to help you with any assistance you may need.

Rebecca was a pleasure to work with from the minute we inquired about the condo. She went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed to have a wonderful stay in a very clean, well stocked, cared-for condo. She even left us a couple of beers in the fridge which were greatly appreciated after our long drive! And, that is one nice garden tub! Great for the little one. Wasn't sure if the bed was a queen or a full, but we're tall people who sleep in a king, so it was a transition. :).

Of course golf is very big here - but Pinehurst and Southern Pines are wonderful places for children and women too. Hope the parks, pool and lake were fun. Mixed Reviews but could eventually be Excellent

The property is in a great location. It is very quiet and close enough to the Pinehurst clubhouse you can walk!!! The condo is nicely decorated and the owners were very helpful in getting tee times, pool passes and providing local information.

The mixed part is something that can be easily remedied. I am a simple cook, but the kitchen was poorly stocked,, some of the pans were dirty and rusted which made cooking difficult. I sent the owner a list of items to fix the kitchen issues. the DVD player did not work and the bed is not a convertible sofa sleeper, just normal couch so I think listing sould say it sleeps 2. Overall my rating is average due to the kitchen. If these items are fixed by the owner, I would recommend the property for any couple.
Owner's Response: It was a pleasure and exciting to work with guests competing in the US KIds tournament. I am glad the experience was overall very enjoyable and apologize that our kitchen was disappointing. These items will be replaced immediately. Thank you for your honesty and we would be glad to assist in any future visits.

Adorable 1 bed, 1 bathroom condo. Clean, freshly painted, nice furnishings and very quiet and secluded location. Would definitely stay there again!
