We really enjoyed your house, with everything we needed to make ourselves feel at home.

We really appreciated the pool after long walks in the theme parks. We were the only two using the pool for the whole 2 weeks.

Walmart was very close and useful and the villa is located in a calm and quiet environment.

Just to recommend Publix is much better than Walmart and just around the corner.

WIFI made our stay even better for being able to research places to visit nearby.

This was our first Florida trip and your house was fantastic!

We also saved money eating breakfast and some meals here!

Being able to clean our clothes at the house was awesome.

The house was fantastic.

Location-wise it was brilliant being pretty much equal distance to either the west or east coast. We were incredibly close to Orlando and Disney World was a very easy drive; would be perfect for families with young children (though our party were of 21 - 26 year olds and we still enjoyed ourselves!). Universal Studios and Harry Potter world was amazing and took us just 40 minutes to drive to.

The house itself was spacious, modern, clean and had all we needed (the air conditioning was a relief from the September heat!). The outside pool was also perfect for catching the morning sunshine and was clearly well looked after.

We drove down to Miami, which took us just 4 hours and was worth a visit!
Recommendations: Clearwater Beach near Tampa, Harry Potter world and Universal Studios (where we had the best meal of our stay at the Mythos Restaurant) and Walmart on the road 27, 2 miles north of the house where we discovered far cheaper food and drink than all the other nearby supermarkets!

After first have been in New York, our next stay in Floriday was this wonderful house. We booked it for only four nights, and as soon as we walked in, we regret that we didn't plan a longer stay in this area.
The house is big, but more important, very clean and furnished with quality.
We had a really good time there and will recommend it to everyone who is planning to go to Orlando!
Thanks again and we would like to come back when we visit Florida again.
However, knowing we are from Holland, it's not a holiday you do each year!

Family of four (two adults, one teen, one child)arrived in Orlando after a long flight from Germany. How nice it then was to open the door to wonderful home. Nicely situated in a residential area outside of the typical International Drive hectic. Shopping for food (WalMArt, Publix) are also close by.

The house is very spacious and very clean, the beds are very comfortable. A fully equipped kitchen gave us the opportunity to cook proper dinners. The pool also proved to be very helpful for relaxing and a day away from the parks.

I would gladly recommend this property to friends and relatives. Hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did.

Wow, what a great house! We stayed here for 4 nights after travelling around Florida for 2 weeks and it was perfect. Great location, close to Walmart (cheapest supermarket nearby) and around a 20 min drive to the theme parks, although it can take longer if you hit the traffic on I-4

When I saw the listing and photos for this condo, I thought it was too good to be true. (Sometimes you see photos, but when you arrive you see something different.) After reading the reviews, I booked the condo and we headed to Orlando to surprise my daughters with a visit to Disney World. The condo was better than I expected. It was easy to find, and close to Disney World and plenty of restaurants. The condo was clean, had everything we needed (full-size fridge, range, dishwasher, plates, silverware, washer and dryer...), and had plenty of space for us to relax and enjoy our vacation. The pool is right outside the condo's back door and is super nice, quiet, and clean.

I have already recommended the condo to a few friends. My daughters (and I) already want to go back! The condo lives up to its description and photos.

We could not have found a better place!This luxury and affordable house was perfect.Me and my husband stayed 10 days in the rental with our 3 children (10/6/3 years old),and we were really surprised to find a so spacious house.We could find everything we needed close to the rental (for instance a Publix just 2 minutes away).It was easy to go to all Orlando famous attractions (disney world,seaword,gatorland,universal studio,etc..)Moreover,The towns in Legacy park is a clean and quiet place and really pleasant.So if you are looking for a perfect place to spend your holidays in Orlando,don't hesitate to choose this house,you won't be disappointed..

As described in this profile and reviews the townhome is clean, spacious and comfortable. It is located off Route 27 in a nice neighborhood with shops, restaurants and most major attractions a short drive away
