Perfect place to stay while in Orlando............

Review Submitted: July 11, 2009 Date of Stay: June 2009
My family and I traveled from New Mexico to Orlando for our 2009 Summer vacation. Our stay in this property was 100% perfect for us. It was myself, my husband, my 3 daughters and 1 niece and we had plenty of room and were very comfortable for the 8 nights we stayed. It was clean, spacious and temperature was perfect for our stay. I recommend staying here if you want a place that feels just like home. Mark, you were super helpful and kind and I thank you again for the opportunity to let us stay in your beautiful home. Will call on you again if we visit again. Thank You!
Owner's Response: I am very pleased that this family enjoyed their stay in our home.
We really have been amazed at the feedback that we have received since we started letting our home.
Hopefully we will have many more happy guests, stay in our property
over the coming months and years.

This was an excellent apartment, very spacious, everything as described and very clean. Great location, best of both worlds, very quiet area to return home to in the evenings but near enough all the attractions and airport. We were about 1hr 15mins from Sanford airport but it was a very easy drive and very straight forward road.
Most attractions about 30 mins drive, great golf 4 mins away in Highland Golf Reserve, my husband and friend enjoyed this course very much and found it to be very friendly and not expensive. They played 3 times on our 1 week stay!
We visited Kennedy Space Centre which was fantastic, about 1hr drive away.
We also did horse riding in Cocoa Beach Area, this was very good and very reasonable $35 for 1.5hrs riding.
Cocoa beach itself was beautiful this was about 1.5hrs drive but well worth a day out.
Locally there was a great supermarket called Publix, beside the supermarket there were Chinese, Indian & Pizza carry out restuarants and a great Grill & Stakehouse called AppleBees well worth a visit.
We just found everyone so friendly, customer service was brilliant, and everything was very good value, food, drink, clothing even the petrol.
Mark was very easy to deal with and very communicative, thanks Mark for all your details, nothing was left to chance you covered all basis, great set up and would definately highly recommend your home to stay in, we will definaltely be back hopefully sooner rather than later!

First time renting - what a great experience!

Review Submitted: October 13, 2009 Date of Stay: April 2009
Our family was the very first rental for this property and it was our first time renting a unit. Needless to say, we were somewhat apprehensive of the whole process and what to expect. We had one of the most enjoyable and memorable family vacations yet! The property owners were absolutely wonderful to work with. The property managers were extremely pleasant and accommodating and really helped to make our trip a good one. We are planning to return next year and would recommend this property to any family looking for a great vacation.

A Perfect stay...

This house was an excellent place for us to stay! It was easy to get to from Orlando airpot and we were very close to the theme parks, in a quiet location with access to the pool.

The house was perfect - large bedrooms, plenty of wardrobe space and a washing machine and dryer and plenty of towels. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed as well. It was very clean and well kept and we could have happily lived there as if it was our own house!

The air con worked excellently and we liked that the agent left the fans on ready for our arrival at 2am.

I can't recommend this place highly enough.

Thanks for letting us stay.

A great place to stay in Orlando

Review Submitted: September 13, 2009 Date of Stay: August 2009
This was a perfect place for us to stay! We wanted to be close to the theme parks, but also to be in a quiet location so that we could relax by the pool and enjoy peaceful evenings. For us, this provided the best of both worlds.

The accommodation was exactly as described. The kitchen was well equipped and the bed linen/towels plentiful.

We would definitely recommend this property to others! Thanks.

A Great House for all Florida's Highlights !!

Review Submitted: August 14, 2009 Date of Stay: July 2009
28th July - 11th August 2009

We found the house to be very clean and spacious.Having all the 'Mod Cons' really made living in the house a breeze !

The Pool was fantastic and so close to the house, it was all fenced in securely to keep any little ones both in and out.!
The very warm separate spa pool was a pleasant bonus. So were the geckos!

We felt very secure there as the area was very quite and agro free.

The house was about 15 minutes to Disney (with morning traffic) and about 30 minutes up the I-4 to Universal / Seaworld/ Aquatica.

There were great local resturants and diners. Our favourites were Denny's for breakfast (you can't beat a three course breakfast for $8.00) and our personal favourite for evening meal -'The Olive Garden'.Where else can you eat a full 3 course meal for 4 for $54.00 !!!!?

All in all this was a great value house in a great location. As 'Arnie ' says in T2 - we'll be back !

We stayed here in november 2008 and had a great holiday. It was our first holiday to the states and we can't wait to go again. The house was very spacesious and bright clean and well suited for a family. While it was also nice and peacfull we were never far away from disney . The agent stewart was very helpfull with info to where to go on days out ect. We would be happy to stay here again in the future.
Regards
Barry & Joe

My family and I stayed here in oct 2008. We found everything was very clean and tidy. We did not want for anything . While the pool was shared we found it again very clean and well maintained. The location was ideal for disney land and all the other atractions. shopping was a doddle due to the close proxsimity and range of goods available in the shops. Oh and the weather was lovly as well. Well worth a vist.

We will be back!.

Sara
Owner's Response: We have found that most guests enjoy the large communal pool and spa, as they get too meet other holiday makers and pick up usefull tips and different ideas of things to do and enjoy. Since these guests have stayed with us, we have added a ganes room for added enjoyment.

Our disney holiday

the blake family Leiston,Suffolk, United Kingdom.
Review Submitted: May 5, 2009 Date of Stay: February 2009
I stayed with my husband and 3 children at the above property from 4th - 12th February 2009. We found the accommodation very clean and tidy with all the mod cons. We found the property to be vary homely. The communal pool is just yards from the back door so we let our children go into the pool on their own (all can swim very well) as we could see them if we wanted to from the house. All the main attractions are 10 - 25mins drive from the house, the magic kingdom is about 10 mins drive so this house is very central to all the attractions. We would definalety rent this property again if we return to florida. We also found the management company very helpful and the house has an information pack that explains how everything in the house works and information on the attractions etc etc.
Owner's Response: Our management company are very professional and live only half an hour away and are commited to looking after our guests and keeping the property clean and well-maintained. We are so pleased that families enjoy the property and its location. We have also just added a gameroom for extra enjoyment!
