The modern kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave and dishwasher. To the rear of the kitchen there is a separate utility room which houses the washing machine, a filter coffee machine and also has a sink. The dining table comfortable seats 6 people. There is also a downstairs cloakroom. Patio doors from both the living and dining area lead to terraces and the enclosed garden.
