What An Accommodating Home!

We are 3 women who take an annual winter trip together and always rent a house. We found this location to be one of the most accommodating homes we have rented! The icing on the cake was when we decided to have martinis and found that we had everything we needed to have them either shaken OR stirred!
Along with enjoying the conveniences of walking to Siesta Village, being right on the beach, having our "own" pool (no one else was ever there), being able to hear "the drumming" from our deck on Sunday evening, we found music (Bose radio/CD player and many CDs), videos, games and books galore. We would certainly stay here again and recommend this home to friends.
If you like classical music, bring a few of your favorite discs with you. If you have heavy luggage, leave it outside the garage, go upstairs, open the house and then go downstairs, open the garage and bring your heavy stuff into the ground level -- way easier than pulling stuff up the stairs to the front door. If you plan on making any meals, Morton's Market on Osprey Avenue has incredible prepared foods, a great bakery and a lovely wine selection. And be sure to check out the tiny Bonjour Café in Siesta Village for breakfast, lunch and/or dinner (Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights only -- reservations suggested). We were delighted to meet the French owners/staff. It has been open less than a year and proved to be the best dining in the Village. Don't miss trying the quiche (best ever) and the mussels prepared several different ways!

Beautiful Beach Home

This home is beautifully decorated, and in a wonderful location. Steps away from the beach, and very close to the Village. It's well stocked with all the things that you'll need while you're there from kitchen essentials to beach towels. My family and I were very comfortable and enjoyed spending mornings and evenings on the balcony. The property manager is very nice and helpful. Hope to stay there again some day!

We stayed here for a week and absolutely loved it! The location of the house could not be better, the house was fully stocked with everything we needed to hit the beach or the pool--plenty of beach chairs, an umbrella, lots of beach and pool toys and tons of beach towels. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you could possibly need to prepare food and plenty of dishes, etc. The wet bar had an icemaker which we utilized a LOT!! We had to arrive a day early due to the hurricane, and they were able to accomodate us. There were plenty of different areas in the house to gather, so noone felt crowded--we had our daughter and her husband and 2 children--as well as our son and his fiancee who live there, visiting us occasionally. We loved having an almost private pool, with a toddler and baby, as well as the beach being so accessible. The large capacity washer and dryer were a plus! The only downside was uncomfortable beds, and only 1 TV in the main areas, but we loved our stay so much we were able to over look those minor issues. They do have open stair cases, and baby gates would have been a plus for them. Highly recommend this house.

I just wanted to point out that there are a total of three TV's in the house, two are in bedrooms, and there is one in a main area as you mention. I just didn't want anyone to think that there was only one TV in the whole house. Thank you again for being our guests.
