Beautifully maintained and recently decorated to a high standard, this 4 bedroom 3.5 bath luxury villa is perfect for all the family as is centrally located to all the major attractions Orlando has to offer. With its spacious open floor plan, two families can relax and enjoy their own space.

Bedrooms consist of Master bedroom with King Bed and ensuite.

Queen bedroom with own bathroom.

Two twin bedded rooms with jack and jill bathroom.

There is also an additonal half pool bath with outdoor shower.

With the large flat screen in the family room and TV's in every bedroom - everyone can enjoy their favourite shows. Wifi internet is also included.

After a hectic day at the theme parks or playing on one of Orlando's many top golf courses, relax by the pool or soak in the hot tub and enjoy all the luxuries this villa has to offer.

Cumbrian Lakes community is quiet, safe, gated and beautifully maintained - an idyllic escape for all the family.

Shopping malls, outlets and flea markets are all an easy drive with a diversity of stores to suit everyone.

Many restaurants are within an easy 5 minute drive from take-out to luxury dining.

Old Town, with its lively fairground atmosphere is also only a 5 minute drive and don't forget to visit the town of Celebration with its many restaurants, bars, stores and lake walks.

Beaches on the East coast are any easy 60 minutes drive - Melborne and Coco which are more polular to surfers than the calmer West Coast.

Or, travel an additional 40 minutes to the beautiful West coast beach of Clearwater with it's crystal blue waters and wide open beaches.

The villa is centrally located to all the major attractions - only 10 minutes from Disney and 5 minutes from Medieval Time, but the neighborhood is quiet for total relaxation.

Fabulous - have already booked for next year!

Just arrived home to cold and wet London and immediately booked to return to this villa for the summer!
Sue, our property manager, was soooooo helpful - with our disabled son we had lots of special requests and by the time we arrived at the villa everything was set up and ready for us - it made such a difference!!
The villa was clean and welcoming with everything we needed. The kids jumped straight into the lovely pool and I relaxed in the hot spa with my cocktail - the best way to distress after a long flight!
The location for us was perfect - an easy 15 minute drive into Disney - only 5 minutes from a Walmart superstore and many restaurants and stores. Everyone in the neighborhood was so friendly and with the gated entrance we always felt safe and secure.
I'd certainly recommend this villa to anyone and I look forward to returning!
