Photos and Description of the Bay Head vacation house rental
House, 5 Bedrooms, 3.5 Baths, (Sleeps 9-11)

Two week minimum, $4000-5250 per week. Immaculate three story, Bay Head home built with no expense spared in the very family friendly section of town. Easy 1 block walk to shops, famous Mueller's bakery, pool club (1 block), restaurants, tennis (1 block), playground (1 block) and of course beautiful Bay Head beaches only 3 short blocks away. Twilight Lake is two houses away and is perfect for kayaking out to the open Bay.

This beautiful designer home is far enough away from the busy Main Avenue (Route 35) to offer peace, quiet, and happiness for your family. Located in a family neighborhood, there are plenty opportunities for you and your children to make lasting friendships while enjoying your shore vacation. The house has five bedrooms, large high end bathrooms, gourmet eat-in kitchen with large granite island with seating up to 8, two wine cooler units, two separate living rooms, large dining room, and a large outdoor mahogony living area. Pound for pound this is one of the finest homes available on the Bay head rental market.

Before you rent consider the neighborhood. If you are considering a house on Main Avenue (Rt. 35) remember, the noise level is very high with bumper to bumper traffic all summer long and safety concerns for children.

About Glenn Hofferber

Family of four with twin 14 year old daughters. We have lived in Bay Head for over 11 years and recently moved to Monmouth County.

Glenn Hofferber purchased this house in 2005
Why Glenn Hofferber chose Bay Head

I had been coming down to Bay Head for years with my parents. We found the house in 2001 and rebuilt it in 2005. If you spend time in BH, you will realize, unless you are on east avenue , you do want to be back where our house is located. Our location is quieter and has a great mix of families that have small children and live there all year round. You do not want to rent near main. The traffic all summer long is noisy and dangerous for children.

What makes this house unique

Located in walking distance to everything, it is far enough away from RT 35 that you wont hear the traffic. Another bonus is that if you have children, our neighborhood has a lot of year round residents who have families. Your childeren will be guaranteed to have many many playmates in this safe area of Bay Head. Our property is perfectly located only 1-2 blocks away from most activities. We love to go to town to the bakery and to shop at one of the many quaint stores. Having lunch at Dorca's or getting ice cream in the evenings there is so convenient. Dinner at one of several fabulous restaurants is just a short walk.

Going to the beach is easy enough from our home, but you should remember the town offers so much more than just the beach during the day. Within a block, you can go swimming at the town pool club (memberships available), a children's day camp at the Bay Head School is available 4 days a week for a small fee, 4 tennis courts, basketball courts, 2 playgrounds and sport fields are also just a block away. Bay Head isn't just about the beach.
