Charming vacation house with a 5 minute walk to Tahoe City, the Lake, and all it amenities. A very family friendly home with a fenced backyard, and playhouse. Kids and adults will love the short walk to Commons Beach, or a bike ride along the Truckee River bike path.

A quick 15 minute drive to Squaw, Alpine & Homewood ski resorts. The beautiful trails of Tahoe Cross-Country ski center are only 5 minutes away! In the summer, Tahoe Cross-Country also offers miles of single track mountain biking and hiking.

Less than one mile from the Historic Tahoe City Golf Course.

Convenient Tahoe Rim Trail Access.

Lakefront dining and nightlife are an easy walk from the house. No need to drive while on vacation!

We love Lake Tahoe! We've lived in Tahoe City for 20 years and are raising two wonderful, active children here. We are avid skiers, mountain bikers & climbers who also to love to spend a day lounging at the beach.

Lake Tahoe is a beautiful, high alpine lake in the heart of the Sierra Nevada mountains. We have traveled the world and found a special connection with Lake Tahoe. The natural beauty is breathtaking and the proximity to outdoor recreation can't be beat. We hope that your visit to the lake will inspire you as it does us.

What makes this house unique

We love the location of this home. Being able to walk for a morning coffee or a day a Commons Beach with the kids is why we chose to live and play in Tahoe City. Our neighborhood backs to miles of mountain biking & hiking trails. The house is warm & cozy in the winter, and the summer temperatures are mild & comfortable.

The Reno International Airport has shuttle service to and from Tahoe City. Squaw & Alpine Ski Resorts also offer daily (winter) transportation from Tahoe City to the resorts.

We offer a fenced backyard for the kids to enjoy. We also have a cute two-story playhouse for the little ones to explore.

This house was even better than the description. Was very clean and maintained and had everything we needed and more. We would definately stay there again and would recommend it to others. Felt like we were at home. The bakery goods when we arrived was an extra nice surprise!

We really enjoyed our stay...the property has been well cared for. We liked the 2.5 baths, multiple bedrooms, and upper level master. On hot days, the house stays very comfortable. We especially liked the location; we walked to almost everything...breakfast, boating, dinner, and more! Just be aware the the property is a little up a hill, so you will get some exercise on the walk home. When packing, be sure to bring your own soap. Great experience overall and would recommend this place for families or multiple couples.

My family and I had a great stay in this home! They house is within walking distance from downtown Tahoe City and Commons Beach. The house was very clean with updated amenities. This is great for young kids as there is a play house in the back yard that was very popular when we stayed. We will definitely be staying again in the near future!

Exactly as advertised! Great house and great local, nearby owners. We have been staying in Tahoe City for 22 years and would highly recommend this house. Dog friendly with a fenced back yard. Very clean and updated including a complete entertainment center. Quiet neighborhood and a short walk to Tahoe City, the lake, the river and the Commons. Lots of shopping and restaurants very nearby.

We loved spending the weekend in this charming home. Plenty of room, very helpful owners, well suited for toddlers, and lots of amenities. Very short walk to the lake and downtown Tahoe City. Will definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone in any season!
