Excellent location to all parks & perfect for kids

We stayed for a week in mid October 2009. Havard, the owner was very communicative and amenable both before, during and after our visit to the lovely Vista Cay Resort.

The apartment looks and is as it is described and featured in the photographs. Actually it is more roomy than it appears in the pictures as the main bedroom has a huge kingsize bed which we are used to at home so were very pleased with the comfort.

The apartment had everything but an ashtray (for use on the balcony only as it is a non-smoking apartment) that you could possibly want. It is self-catering so you do have to invest in dishwasher tablets if you can't be bothered to wash up and it would be an idea to bring your own beach/pool towels as there were not enough for everyone to have both pool and bath towels.

The resort is quite quiet although there is some building work being done in the development as you drive in which can sometimes be heard from the balcony but didn't bother us too much. There are no shops, cafes or bars on site except a couple of drinks/snack machines by the pool but there is a lovely Publix Supermarket (equivalent to Waitrose in England) just a couple of minutes drive from Vista Cay.

The pool was extremely clean as were the public areas and well tended gardens. The clubhouse featured free internet access and DVD rental for $3.99 per night at a machine in the games room which had quite modern titles if you have time for a movie in an evening.

As this part of Universal Boulevard is under development there are not many things in the immediate vicinity so you do have to drive everywhere for meals and shopping but it is worth it considering some of the alternative options of Kissemee or parts of International Drive (Wet n Wild end) which resemble Blackpool on a bad day - it is worth being just very slightly off the main track. I-Drive is about 5 minutes drive away so not too far!

Overall, we had a fantastic, comfortable, relaxing and peaceful time at Vista Cay resort which is well-maintained to a very high standard on all levels.

The only gripe for us if we had to pick fault would be that, as smokers, in any of the grounds, especially, by the pool you are not allowed to smoke anywhere at all and have to trapse across the area, through the gate onto the pavement over looking the lake (where there are no bins or ashtrays which seems mad!). We know not everyone smokes so this, I'm sure to most is a very silly and small point to raise.

This apartment is terrific, I was there with my partner for a week early October'09. Three good sized bedooms with built-ins, well furnished, perfect air con and ceiling fans in bedrooms. It has a nice outlook, very close to the pool/gym and is quiet. The location is handy to Prime outlet mall, Mall at Millenia and Universal. Couldn't fault it and would highly recommend.

I just wanted to let you know what a wonderful time we had whilst staying at your condo in orlando (16-31 Aug). On arrival it was absolutely spotless and the attention to detail was fantastic, we had absolutely everything we could have needed to make our stay comfortable! Please pass on our thanks to the staff at millenium management who were more than helpful when we arrived at the management offices without transport to the condo!

When we visit Florida again we would love to stay there and I have been recommending the condo to families and friends!

We spend our vacation in this property in September 2009 and we stayed for ten days. The condo is fully equiped, very well cleaned, percectly located in the resort and there is enough room for up to 6 people. Pool is very close and we had a wonderful view from our balcony.
All major attractions (Disney, Universal, Seaworld, shopping malls, golf courses,..) are reachable in 15 minutes or less.
It was by far the best location we ever stayed in Orlando before and we are going to recommend it to all our friends.

My family and I visited this property during march. We stayed for 10 nights, the property is amazing. Great pool for the kids. The condo was a great size and very clean.
I would definatly come back......

This is a home away from home with everything you need to compliment. Owners had paid attention to many small details including pool towels. We had 3 adults and two children, and everyone felt they had there own space. Everything you will need is in the condo. All you will need is to go to the local grocery store where steps away, and stock up your refrigerator. This place is absolutely beautiful and we would definitely go back again!

I am a previous tenant who had the opportunity to live in this beautiful condo for a year. I loved the updated modern look of the interior and my roommate and I enjoyed the privacy of our coroner balcony that overlooked the clubhouse and resort style pool. With the relaxing ambiance and well kept landscaping, everyday felt like a vacation. The rooms were very spacious and I just loved cooking in the gourmet Kitchen. I would defiantly recommend this condo to anyone who want to get away on a romantic weekend, or a family traveling with children – It’s like a home away from home.

great place to stay, very very confortable and close to all attractions in orlando. if you are looking for some rest after long days in parks this is the right place to stay. very easy getting into and out of the condo, everything clean and neat as shown in the add. the owner was always very friendly and helpfull with the necessary support. i would definetely go back again!
