My wife and I really enjoyed staying in Nardi House. Breathtaking views—truly best in town. The best possible location—right between the downtown (historic center) with its beautiful square and nice restaurant, and the boardwalk. At the same time, the gated house is located on a small street, which gives you a sense of seclusion and privacy. Along with its elegant and simple architecture, the house is a perfect place for a relaxing break (our first visit, in 2010) as well as a working vacation. I was preparing a lecture course in a University where I teach and an article for publication. We were taking a full advantage of waking, swimming in the ocean, and taking horseback riding tours of the Isla in the morning, working during the hottest hours of the day inside of a cool nice house, and going for a wal to the downtown at night. Finally, having a housekeeper and a maid in a house was extremely convenient, with all small requests being immediately taken care of.

Relax and Decompress in Mazatlan

This was just what I was looking for, a beautiful view of the ocean from the unit and the infinity pool, easy walking distance to the ocean, historical sites, and many restaurants, comfortable accommodations with a spacious yard, and I felt very secure.

New Years in Mazatlan

The property was exactly as described and in good order. The caretakers Susana and Pablo took great care of us during our stay. The location of the property is directly above (overseeing) the main north/south costal road with a panoramic view of the ocean. A two minute short walk down the street puts you on the board walk next to the Shrimp Bucket (a bit of a land mark and on every map) which stretches miles in each direction. We walked the boardwalk everyday with a nice ocean breeze to accompany us. Mazatlan has unique open air cabs and $5 will get you anywhere in town. We usually walked everywhere but when shopping the Taxis were very handy. The center of Old Town is a five minute walk (east) from the Shrimp Bucket, and just a few blocks further is an open market with fresh sea food, poultry, fruits, vegetables, etc. We will be back to Mazatlan and enjoy this property again.
