We enjoyed our month at PVCC - this condo was spotlessly clean, fully equiped and is perfectly positioned to capture the morning sun and the evening shade on the front patio - with the most scenic view imaginable.
Bob and Dona were dream to deal with - they made us feel at home - in every way possible.
PVCC is friendly - quiet with first class facilities and amenities inluding 2 beautiful golf courses.

Lovely Condo, Wonderful Property

We spent a short 3 days in this property and it was everything promised and then some. The owners were exceptionally responsive, the condo had recently been renovated and the decor was soothing and beautiful. The bed was extremely comfortable and the living room very well appointed for relaxation, music and TV, or computer work. The property has every possible amenity. We had a minor miscommunication with the owners about the amenity fees and they immediately addressed the situation for us. The kitchen was just a bit dated but it is being renovated this year. Highly recommended!

Beautiful Area!!

WOW! We had a great time, our first time to the desert. Condo was perfect. Loved the patio overlooking the 4th and 8th holes of the Championship course. We played both the Challenge and Championship courses, and both were fun. It was nice to have the golf cart to use, so we could just leave the clubs on the cart and drive back to the condo. We also went to Pasta Night at the clubhouse and would highly reccommend it. Palm Valley is in a great spot to get around the area. We will be back!!

Desert Paradise

Awesome! Pictures and description doen't do justice. Obviously recently remodeled as paint, fixtures, furnishings, etc. all seem new. Extremely clean and neat. Owners were very accomodating and actually fun to deal with. I would highly recommend and will, hopefully, stay longer next time. Great views of course and mountains. Only played the championship course as only had 3 days (early November 2012), but a lot of fun. Great condition and quite challenging. Very nice clubhouse and ammenities. Tennis court complex is incredible and courts look newly resurfaced. I will definitely bring raquet next time. I highly recommend and will definitey return. My only regret was not putting together 18 good holes....next time.

An Amazing Place to Stay!

We stayed in this beautiful condo over Thanksgiving week. The property was amazing and looked even better than in the photos. The place was in immaculate condition and made us feel right at home. We loved all the amenities including golf, tennis and the pools. Having the golf cart was a great bonus! The owners were great and easy to communicate with. We loved our stay and are looking to going back soon! Thanks for the great week!

Highly Recommend!

We stayed three nights in this lovely condo. The new furnishings are beautiful and the place is very clean. The owners are very easy to work with and are very helpful. There was a nice book of menus from the surrounding area and pamphlets of activities. We also were able to use the owners' golf cart which was a great plus. Palm Valley has a very nice country club atmosphere.
We golfed, played tennis, and worked out in style!

This is a lovely condo with a wonderful view of fairway. The owners were very helpful and the condo was clean and well maintained. The listing does accurately portray rental's appearance & amenities. The Platinum Membership is big plus which gives you access to all this wonderful club has to offer. Golf courses are excellent as is the fitness center. We always enjoy Bogies and never miss Pasta Night on Fridays.
