We found the apartment very cozy, comfortable, well furnished and in a strategic spot, very close to the Métro. We recommend it to couples or families that prefer a more homely sojourn than a hotel.

This apartment is a true home away from home. Our one-week stay was most comfortable. Good restaurants close by, and great facilities to cook at home. 20 min from Paris centre, by easy metro. Highly recommended

Everything was in perfect order, including negotiations with the owner.
Great connections to the city center.
For two people wonderful. Later we were four, even that was not a problem. But housing in five I can not imagine.
If you are coming by car, I recommend to use nearby garages.

Fabulous way to see Paris

My wife, daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this very cosy and very wll equipped flat. Plenty of shops and restaurants in the neighborhood and 2 metro stops within a 10 to 15 min walk. There is an East/West tram just outside the door. Not to be missed is the patio terrace just off the bedroom, perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing. Neighbors and neighborhood very friendly and welcoming. The host and his staff (family members) were very helpful with all of the arrangements.Thanks.

The apartment is indeed beautiful and very well equipped. It is located in an old, charming building and the garden provides a pleasant place to relax in the evening and soak up the french atmosphere.There are plenty of shops within walking distance of the apartment, including two supermarkets.Various restaurants and cafes are also nearby.The location is excellent for commuting to the areas of interest in and around Paris, as the nearest tube station is a short walk away from the apartment. The owners were very helpful, polite and welcoming. We greatly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this apartment to our friends as a delightful place to stay when visiting Paris.

A lovely little apartment. An estimate small terrace which we used every night. Maybe a little small for 5 people, but with everything you need.
Trampway just outside the door, and very short distance to the metro.
Good contact with the owner.
All in all a lovely holiday.

Very pleasant flat, complete accomodation, nice decoration.
We have especially appreciated:
the nice little garden with flowers,
to be near metro and tramway to easily go to center Paris,
the neighbourhood with little streets where we can find houses with garden.

You will find here all what is necessary to visit Paris without stress.
All for cooking, good beds, train and subway nearly, parking at "porte d'orléans" for the week (66 euros).
It was for us a very good travel.
